The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, you can walk to a lot of shops. It was pet friendly. The beds were comfortable.
The pool could have been a little cleaner. We didn’t get in it.

The staff were really friendly. They didn't seem like they would've minded a late checkout. That was nice. I overslept a little and missed the time I thought was checkout. Luckily I wasn't actually late. But yeah, really nice staff. Overall, any complaints I have are me helping to improve the place because I really liked the people. I liked them, and I've definitely stayed at worse. Doesn't mean I don't have some real complaints though.
The bathtub was leaky. The TV had people signed in from previous guests I assume. The tub also didn't drain well. The plug for the tub was finnicky but that's a minor gripe. The right electricity plug wasn't working. I couldn't find the light switch for the main room. There was also a sign saying that the exhaust fan needs to be run when the hot tub was being used. I couldn't find it for a bit then I had to figure out how the dial worked. Most exhaust fans run on a switch and so that took a while. The sign wasn't easily visible. Took me a bit to find the building even with gps. And the hotel was across the street. The parking wasn't the greatest either.
