Very friendly staff , location is amazing and check in /out is super easy.

The location was everything. We did have five people and more coffee and cups was all we really needed. We didn't have shampoo or conditioner provided.

Carpets weren't vacuumed and were stained.

beds has icky sounds so everytime you moved it makes sounds. bed covers and towels are old.

Overall, stay was very good!

The Wi-Fi password was incorrect. We were not told to use the check mark to unlock door, there were other folks that had same issue.

Highly recommend

Our room was great for the price. Very cute decorations but not overly done. Bed was very comfortable. We had hulu to watch. Internet service was great.

The traffic outside is a little loud but that is normal since you're pretty close to the road.

It was great!!!

Thank God we had a wonderful experience at Bear Camp By the Night! Staffs were very helpful, patient, and understanding: Jennifer and the on-call people helped us in our check-in process due to our late arrival and also Kristy who patiently provided us information regarding places for auto tire repair and places to eat. Room was very clean, bed was awesome and had a restful sleep. Location was very good, coz it's close to everything. We really felt the Smokies hospitality and will definitely go back God willing. Highly recommended!!!

This was our honeymoon. This place will never get any more of my money. Very unfriendly staff.

BEWARE , not what I thought I was getting. supposed to get a cabin, ended up with a room. No maid service. Had to go to the office with old towels to get fresh ones. Worn out bed with a topper to try to fix it. Supposed to have a kitchenette, but had a mini fridge and a microwave. whirlpool, bathroom sink, and bed in the same room. No hot water to the sink. I hope you don’t want to watch any sports or local tv, only had HULU. No local tv only movies.

Disappointing

The bed was comfortable

Check in was ok.. Never seen anyone after that Only had few towels and bath clothes in room.was told if needed more go to office and get but was out all during the day and office closed when we returned..noise very loud with room being right up next to the main strip..when we returned late at night had to walk up a little ally to get to our room and the light were out Good thing we brought more towels and toiet paper..and no where to get ice ugh!!

really great, clean place and really good price for something with so much room and in a good location if you want to be

central location, right on the Pigeon Forge strip, really clean, plenty of room, comfortable bed, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, cool a/c

pillows on the main bed were terrible and flat, kids didn’t complain about theirs, the front desk did not have extra pillows.

we had no service had to get our own towels take the garbage out the tv worked on Roka the stairs to get to the rooms were very steep to climb for our age to bring our luggage up.

Great location for this hotel. It's small and cozy and always clean when we stay. 2nd time staying here both times we were pleased.
