Always request double beds in the room

Stayed at this hotel several times, usually a very nice room. Will definitely remember to request room with double beds. didn't like the room with the king size bed

Being on ground floor right next to the stair entrance/exit. So much noise, why do the dumpsters have to be RIGHT OUTSIDE THE ROOM? Very loud at 3am when trash is being collected. Room with the king size bed was so small. maybe you should put the king size bed in a room big enough for that size of a bed. Room was so small and the only mirror in the room was in the bathroom. makes it hard for two people to try to get ready at the same time.

Comfort and convenience without the high price or road noise!

Our room was clean, comfortable, and exceptionally convenient, especially for the price! Staff was so kind and accommodating, the lady at the front desk was so sweet! An added bonus is the fact that the hotel is slightly behind the Parkway rather than directly on it, so no road noise but still close to all the attractions. We loved our stay and can’t wait to stay here again!

I do agree with some of the reviews stating that the pillows are a little lackluster, if someone were to need a little more neck support at night they might not enjoy these. I personally didn’t have any issues, I just stacked two pillows together and slept like a dream.

Quiet location away from the busy road

Cost and room was great..it's not the hotel's fault if a person staying there is not considered to

All was great especially the rates of the room..when most motels where charing way above there cost...the room was very clean and comfortable bedding..

The person in the room above us made a lot of noise and it was hard to go asleep..

Nice place to stay on a short notice

Room was spacious for our family. Beds were AMAZING!!!!! Only issue we had was a clogged toilet upon returning to our room-however the staff were quick to get this resolved and never had any smell from it. Night time staff could be more friendlier along with making sure guests are able to rest through the night; we had 2nd floor room and folks above us on 3rd floor were LOUD and heavy stompers from midnight to 330am. Made a call to front desk at 200am asking them to mention to the 3rd floor folks to quite now-Front desk male acted as though this was an issue from myside and interrupted his shift. Folks FINALLY got quite around 330am. Other than that the stay was good. I would give this hotel another chance. Location was right in the heart of Pigeon Forge and close to shops, dining, and not a far travel to dinner shows.

bad experience

tried to cancel before check in. our event was cancel. poor communication and customer satisfaction from both motel and booking. com. you all took my entire room fee.

Front desk was the best. We didnot use room service so no rating there.

The girl at the desk was the best part of the stay. She worked double shifts the days we stayed and was friendly, helpful and represented your company WELL.

Awful. If you are considering Staying here….don’t.

There was no breakfast. Did not like anything.

This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The room was dirty. There was bed bugs. The housekeeping was terrible.

Sleepless!

It was decent and clean

The clerk asked me what floor we wanted. I told her the quietest. She put us on the 3rd floor across from the elevator and ice machine! There were also kids running and yelling in the hallway before 7:00 AM!

I’d only recommend this motel if they made the beds more comfortable.

liked the location of the property and how convenient it is to other attractions.

The bed was so uncomfortable, almost sleeping on plywood. apparently the whole 3rd floor was for smokers. Awful smelling cigarette smoke at all times. Staff needs training on how to communicate at a proper tone. Some acted shy and bashful and couldn’t hear them speaking.
