It was a living HELL!

I DID NOT LIKE THIS HOTEL AT ALL! 😐 THINGS WERE BROKEN! STAFF IS RUDE! THEY LIE, THEYRE LAZY, ITS DRUNK MAINTENANCE MEN WALKING AROUND DOING NOTHING ALL DAY! 😤 I WOULD RATE THIS HOTEL A 0 IF IT WAS A SUCH THING! WYNDHAM NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY! THEY NEED TO CONDEMN THAT BUILDING ITS UNMANAGEABLE, EVERYTHING IS BROKEN, NO BREAKFAST IS SERVED! ITS VERY RUN DOWN NEXT TO NICE STORES AND OTHER HOTELS, MY TOILET FLOODED AND MAINTENANCE WASNT ANSWERING THE TEXT MESSAGES! I KNOW SOME VERY IMPORTANT PEOPLE AND MY REVIEW WILL BE PASSED ON TO THEM. THEY JACKUP THE PRICES FOR SPRING BREAKERS SO THEY CAN RAKE IN A LITTLE MONEY. RACIST EXISTS ON THIS PROPERTY. IT NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED! YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW A REAL HOTEL IS RUN, GO BACK TO BUSINESS SCHOOL AND START FROM SCRATCH!

Very disappointed

The connivence of the attractions.

Upon arrival guests was only allowed one room key per room due to a shortage. The room was very disappointing as well. There was 2 towels for 4 people till the next morning and the 2nd bed never had a comforter even after asking several times. There was a small 19 inch tv in the room that did not have a remote. After several trips to the front desk this issue was not resolved till the following afternoon. Overall very disappointing, there was trash all in the parking lot and the air was not working properly and all that was done was taking the filters out by maintenance

Stay away from this place.!!!

We had to move rooms in the middle of the night because the family and I killed cockroaches in the first room. An in the 2nd room we got the door wouldn't lock.

I had a great week, fortunately my accommodations didn’t ruin my Pigeon Forge experience

Room was relatively clean. Was inexpensive.

Sometimes you get what you pay for…. The luggage moving devices were Walmart grocery baskets…..my key kept resetting and I had to get someone to let me in, eventually, I got a new key. Office closed at 6pm. Many things were old and worn. Outside chairs were broken. Mismatched random chairs were outside every room. I put trash outside and it was there 2 days. I had one toilet paper and zero washcloths for a week stay. Room smelled like smoke.

COCKROACH CITY!!! Do not stay here!!!

The location was great

The rooms is nasty and it is cockroach city in the rooms. Me and my family will never be back if I could I would sue. If find any cockroachs in my bags I will have a case..

Close to the Island

People at check out had no clue what they were doing! Going to look what was in a locked room, leaving people standing in line!!! The whole room was horrible! The mattresses are so old, you roll into a hole! Stinks of smoke, toilet paper spindle missing, shower not cleaned well, kids and people running around all times of night and early morning!

Absolutely nothing if you will look on the reviews which I did not before I booked it. I will never book it again. It has bedbugs. We got another hotel ..I have called and put a complaint with you guys.

It was awful

The location

The bathroom was falling apart. The sink presser was awful. The vent is the bathroom sounded like it was going to fall off and it was so dirty. The one bed was sunk in in the middle.

You get what you pay for.

Good rates.

Couldn’t check-in until 3:00pm. Parking was limited. One bed had stains on the comforter. The shower bar was missing, with holes exposed. Made me feel slightly uncomfortable. The shower curtain rod was coming loose from the wall, no ventilation system and black mold spores on the ceiling.

They take additional 75$ holding fee for anything that could happen you get back 3 days , this wasn’t stated anywhere when I paid my hotel In full before arriving , Our door didn’t lock it was broke, the shower was broke either scorching hot water or ice cold we had to switch rooms customer service sucked as well.

It was out dated! And there was a lady in the lobby saying she could get you discounts on tickets without having to do a time share and that’s a lie you had to do a two hour process ! Place is very rundown and dirty

I left. Not worth risking bed bugs.

It was on the main strip.

When we pulled up the grounds were littered with trash. Broken windows with black duct tape. The landscape hadn’t been mowed or weeded. The check in line had about 20 people waiting in line. I’ve stayed in better places in third world countries. Was not about to risk getting bed bugs.

Stay as far away from this place as you can. Its nasty. And all workers are lazy and unfriendly.

No room maid service to clean the room if staying more than 1 day. You have to take out and empty your own trash. The parking lot is too small and fills up. The blacktop outside is littered with cigarette butts. There was no door step seal to keep insects out and had a big gap bey tween the bottom of the door and the floor, and making it noisy from people talking outside. No fresh towels. You have to take your towels yourself to the front desk daily and get clean towels and washcloths. And then if you have two parents and a child, you are not allowed to get 3 but only two washcloths and two towels. Overall poorly maintained and cleaned. No ice machines.

Everything found dirty panties in the first room we had and the lock on the door was broke had to beg for towels and there was glass in the swimming pool also had to go out and buy toilet paper they wouldn’t give you any at all alls bed bugs we’re found in some rooms

Didn’t stay took loss

Nothing , didn’t end up staying took a loss of 155.00. Staff very unprofessional and so was manager. Manager ended up texting after she wouldn’t answer phone call that I was told to call her for a question. The reviews are terrible and this place needs to be shut down. There has even been a shooting at this location.

DO NOT BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM

Nothing! We didn't get to stay because local people are not welcome. We were turned away even though our room was paid for.

After booking with booking.com we drove over an hour to be told we couldn't stay and we had to find another place. We spent over $100 extra because of Booking.com just to find a placeto stay.. I'm still waiting on a refund I was told I would get!
