The hotel was very comfortable and within walking distance of the Hall of Fame. The service was fantastic, and there's even a 24-hour snack bar with things like coffee, snacks, and bagels. We'll definitely stay again if we come this way.

It's a very small operation, which is fine, but I don't think this is an excuse for not having someone at the front desk for check in during the day. I arrived at 2:20 to check in. There was a note at the desk stating that no one would be there until 2:30. I didn't mind waiting, but no one arrived until 2:55. That's just too long.

Very nice upgraded room with a fridge, bedding was comfy and the bathroom was really cool. Staff was friendly too. I'd definitely recommend it if you want a special night together

Very clean and comfortable. We were traveling back from business and decided to stay there for a night to shorten our travel time. It’s centrally located and close by multiple cute shops, good food and the baseball hall of fame. Definitely recommend.

Excellent location, walking distance to town. As for the room, we were located next to the generator that powered the heaters for the motel which made it sound like a car running all night. Other than that, room was comfortable, continental breakfast was good. Nicely appointed room.

The Railroad Inn was incredible! We got in during a snow storm and the cozy feel was undeniable. Our suite comfortably fit my friends and I. The room was clean, comfortable, and nostalgic. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The snacks and waters were extremely helpful for us as we were snowed in! 10/10

Nice, quick trip to Cooperstown during the offseason. Found the Railroad Inn and it was a delight. Walking distance to the Basebal HOF. Nice, clean rooms. Great place to stay at a good price.

Clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff, free to use washer and dryer, coffee/snacks on tap 24/7, less than 1 mile from the Baseball Hall of Fame, so walking distance. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Loved it here! Came to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame & it was in walking distance of it and multiple restaurants, shops, and bars. It was clean, pretty (really nice lighting), and there was complimentary breakfast in the morning! Slightly more expensive than hotels a bit further away but so, so worth it because we didn't have to drive anywhere. 10/10

We did try to check in earlier in the day but there was nothing available so we ended up checking in on the late side approximately 10:30. All 3 of us had issues with the heat in the room 2 out of 3 got the heat started but 1 room wouldn’t turn on we went back to the front desk area which was closed. It was about 11:15. Bradley Kolb’s room was the room that the heat wasn’t working, the windows actually frosted up after they took showers and they slept with their clothes on. The manager wasn’t coming in on Sunday till 10am but we had a long drive home, and didn’t want to wait.

The room was clean, but the heater didnt work. The wifi was out as well at the tv. The staff that checked us in was uncaring and seemed that we were a bother. The owners son was nice and caring.

Well maintained boutique style hotel. Rooms were clean and accommodating. Very cozy lounge area with snacks and beverages available. Close to HOF and other attractions. Would definitely stay again.

There is no staff on site from 10pm to 7am. This was a problem when the group down the hsll decided to have a party. It’s a shame because it is a nice place but for the money you would think they could staff the overnight.

The room and the inn is lovely but the room carpet needs a deep clean. My feet were filthy from walking around barefoot in the room. Everything else was AMAZING!

We were almost the only ones there at the time. Kind of in between end of summer and beginning of fall colors. Excellent place to stay in Cooperstown, restaurants nearby, baseball hall of fame. Enjoyed our visit! Railbikes were fun too and the Famer's Museum.

Such a lovely and quaint place to stay. The staff were kind and it was nice to have a snacks and beverages on hand when needed. The place was kept nice and clean and close to walk down to the heart of it all in town. My husband was very happy with his birthday surprise!

Great location. Clean, comfortable family friendly yet relaxing. The bed was super comfortable and I slept in which is rare for me. They had snacks available 24/7 which was also wonderful for busy families.

Friendly staff, Continental breakfast with good coffee and nice pastry selections, and small clean dining area. Square clean room, old fashion style lamps, comfortable bed, TV, very clean bathroom with walk in shower, fluffy comfortable large bath towels. It’s a very short walk into town but far enough to be outside of the crowds. Plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, and a delicious bakery and typical souvenir shops within the immediate area. Cooperstown is very clean with alot of history. A short drive away is the Fenimore Art Museum which is very good.

I was very surprised that for the money per night, there was no hot breakfast being served. Only things that I could make at home. The Inn itself was very nice inside. I enjoyed the railroad pictures.

The Inn was conveniently located for our visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame. The property was clean with a nice outside area for breakfast and an evening cocktail. The only down point was upon returning from the museum, our room was freezing!! The front desk helped us out with a space heater

Enployees very friendly and willing to help in any way. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Continental breakfast was great, many choices! Would definitely stay here again!!
