The staff was nice enough, but I only dealt with the staff for a total of 5mins between checking in and out. The location was nice for the views.

The parking is minimal, each room does not have a spot, and you may have to park on the road which costs money. This was a NO Smoking room, but it still had that gross musty, stale cigarette smell some how. That was annoying! Neither person in my party smoke, so that smell is very gross to us. The curtains were not clipped on the run all the way, so they wouldn't close all the way so anyone walking by, could see into our room. The pillows were awful. They provide (2) standard pillows that have no fill left in them and were like cardboard, and (2) 12x12 pillows to use on the bed. Thats it! And the blankets were very minimal, so bring your own if you get cold easy. There was one light by the door, it was useless when the sun went down on the other side of the very tiny room. The shower had soap scum on the shelf. The sink was tiny. There was NO where to put any bathroom stuff. And they only provide (1) bath mat, (1) hand towel, and (1) bath towel. (They knew two (2) people were staying in the room!) And every time you sat on the toilet it shifted and made a very loud bang. We were upstairs, so I can only imagine what the people below us heard every time we sat on the toilet! Then there was what looked like 4 drawers, but when I finally got them open (they were stuck) it was just two deep draws, so I didn't use them. And there was NO fridge, so food and milk that I brought got ruined! That was annoying! And they have a sign to turn off the TV and lights and a/c when you are going out of the room (every time you leave, not just check out). And telling you not to rearrange the furniture or you will be charged! Um there was no room to rearrange anything anyway, the room was very tiny! And the furniture outside was chained and bolted to the wall. It was minimally okay for the 2 nights we were there, but not for anything longer, in our opinion, and we won't be going back. This place was not somewhere that you could get comfy like a home away from home.
