The property is well located and clean though it has a strong mold smell
The property is not welcoming in any way. You have to go to a different building for check in, there was not even a bottle of water in the room and no coffee at all in the building. For 280 dollars I would have expected more.

The room was big, plenty of hot water and the bed was comfortable.
No tissues in room ,when asked for them, was told they were in the night stand (why; who would look there)
Over head light fixtures nothing turns them on. There are 2 lamps, one on each side of the bed and the third was on the dresser. In order to read a brochure I had to open the shutters on the window for some sun light in order to read. The lamps must have very small wattage.
They had 2 wood (outdoor) rockers for chairs, which the bottoms hadn't been dusted in some time.
There wasn't any type of table to use. The room was big enough (quit larger) but they had a big long dresser, for what. The room was for 2 people, we weren't moving in. They could have put a small table. It rained pretty heavy one night, we're accustomed to bring dominoes or cards when we travel (for this reason) had to play on the bed.

This is a perfect location for anyone going to the Baseball Hall of Fame. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was only about a one-half block walk up to the Hall and the main street. The staff we encountered were extremely nice. There was also an assigned parking space in the front of the building.

Location to downtown was excellent
The TV never worked. We reported that to the housekeeping staff and she said she would tell the front desk and have someone come fix it but we were there for a week, and it never got repaired. The shower was ridiculously small and difficult to shower in. Having to go to the Lake Front Hotel for ice was very inconvenient.
