The perfect home base for families or friends, the bright, open interior comes well-appointed for comfort and offers plenty of space to spread out. Challenge the crew to a friendly game of Ping-Pong anytime. There's WiFi to help you plan your daily adventures and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. A private, closed-door desk area makes the perfect daytime office for remote work needs. Prepare family feasts with ease in the full kitchen and enjoy ocean-view meals at the dining table set for eight. Take in ocean views and sunsets while soaking in the hot tub. Home essentials include a private washer and dryer. This relaxing retreat is in the heart of Netarts, just a short drive north of Cape Lookout State Park. Should sightseeing be your first choice of the day, the Cape Meares Lighthouse is a crowd favorite to the north or take in a day of shopping in Tillamook, just a few miles east. THINGS TO KNOW If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. great location, amazing view, lots of space and wonderful hot tub, BUT... there was problems with temperature/thermostat in the house, the dryer not working, the fireplace does not appear to be in service and Vacasa did not respond to my email/concerns.

This is the fourth time I have at this home and it never fails to deliver a beautiful experience. The view is huge and amazing. The house is comfortable and well supplied, even the kitchen gadgets are much better than most vacation rentals. And they've now added a hot tub so it's even better!

First (and most important) the view is absolutely stunning! It is so wonderfully relaxing to watch the tide come and go from just about any room in the house. It also feels like everyone else is far away even though you have neighbors and are only 6 miles outside of tillamook. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the kitchen has EVERYTHING. YOU. NEED. We stayed in the upstairs suite and it was perfect. We loved our little getaway within our getaway. Definitely will be back!

This home was obviously completely remodeled about 10 minutes ago - everything is clean, new, and nice. The view is UNBELIEVABLE. I mean, you can hardly tear yourself away.
I LOVE to cook when I vacation and the kitchen is one of the best and most completely furnished I have ever seen. Every room has lovely linens and the living room has everything you could want for a rainy day. PLUS ping pong!
I can’t wait to come back with a larger family group - it is just perfect in so many ways.
And if you’ve never been to Netarts….quiet, beautiful, so much nature. This is a place that has SO much to offer - can’t wait to come back.

Clean well maintained property. Comfortable furniture and beds. Spacious rooms. Great WiFi and appliances. Couldn’t stop gazing out the windows or enjoying the views from the back yard and deck. Thanks for a great place to stay!!

It's an unforgettable view! Whether you're watching the sunset in the comfy chairs on the lawn, or enjoying morning coffee in the cozy living room, the view is breath-taking. The whole house has been nicely remodeled and updated. If you can pull yourself away from the view, there are lot's of options for the whole range of coast activities and some nice restaurants nearby.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in Netarts. Dori's home was very well equipped with comfortable furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen. This home has the most amazing beach views we've ever seen! There are lots of nearby spots to explore, including Oceanside beach, Tillamook Creamery, and Schooner (the neighborhood restaurant was a delightful surprise!). Thank you Dori for the hospitality. We loved it!
