Enjoy spectacular bay and ocean views in this contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home in Netarts, Oregon. Just minutes from the beach! The Vista View Retreat features a commanding straight-on view of Netarts Bay, the Pacific Ocean, and Three Arch Rocks in Oceanside. The perfect place to take advantage of the breath-taking sunsets and witness the drama of coastal storms as they roll in. Contemplate the sea or lose yourself in a novel from the comfort of the upper room that is dedicated to enjoying the gorgeous view. Warm yourself by a crackling fire in the living room while listening to the sounds of the ocean and visiting with family and friends. Walk down the spiral staircase and snuggle into the sofa downstairs and watch an old movie or a football game on the over-sized flat screen TV. There are 2 HD Cable TVs. Each TV has a DVD player and there is an extensive movie library to choose from. Sip wine, create a gourmet meal, and have long, luxurious chats in this well-appointed kitchen. While you are cooking, you can still enjoy the ocean views and the ever-changing hue of the bay as the sun sets or the storms roll in. Drift off to the sound of the ocean and the smell of salt air. The master bedroom has a private bath, queen bed, and view of the Three Arch Rocks. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom just outside the door. For additional sleeping there is a bunk bed located downstairs that has a double bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. Bring your beach clothes to layer for sunny or stormy weather. No matter which, be ready for fun-filled days. Watch the sun set over the ocean, take a long deep breath and exhale. I really enjoy this house. There is now a new hot tub that is gigantic and a new bed in the master bedroom that were pleasant surprises. My partner and I have stayed here many times. It has an incredible view and a great kitchen to cook in. Highly recommend!

Toilets were slow flowing and bottom floor one wasn't bolted down. TVs instruction and operation was confusing and cable channels very difficult to access even basic networks. Bbcue was dirty as was big pot for boiling shellfish. Unit was well stocked and clean.

The views at this house were so perfect for our vacation. Between my 86 tr old mom and my uncle with mobility issues, we couldn't have found a better house. They didn't have any crazy amount of stairs and they could enjoy the views all day!! The house was perfectly stocked with everything we could've needed. It was a perfect fit for our needs. Thank you!

I'm a Netarts local and stayed in this lovely home for 4 nights while my house was having some work done. I really didn't want to leave! The house is in great shape and the views are like nothing you've ever seen; absolutely amazing! I've officially found my new "go to" house for friends and family visiting the area. The house was clean and well-stocked and the hot tub was treated and ready to go.. If you rent this home, you won't be disappointed. Additionally, the rental managers were an absolute joy to work with. They left a bouquet of flowers on the counter for my arrival with some tasty chocolates and checked in after I arrived to make sure everything was in order. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

We stayed over spring break and Vista View was perfect for us in so many ways. THe view is spectacular, I would never get tired of it. The house really takes advantage of the views with all the windows and the deck. It allows our dog to come along and he loves the beach. The hot tub is a huge bonus. Upstairs and down it has multiple spaces for our boys to hang out in. It is very clean with new appliances. DOwnstairs is a huge TV and we loved having family movie nights down there. The queen size bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our whole family loved it. The booking process and management company are very responsive and are local which is a big plus.

I want to thank Sarah, the property manager, and Ruth and her cleaning crew for managing to turn over this rental in time for our arrival. We arrived between two snow storms and it was an endeavor for them to get up the hill to reach the house...but they managed (after two tries) and provided us a clean property as promised. The property was amazing...so well equipped, with a gorgeous view and lovely amenities. Thank you for such a great visit!

I came to this house with a small group of friends for labor day weekend. The house was perfect! Very spacious to spread out and play games - we loved the upstairs play/game room. It was beautiful to see the sunrise and sunset. The beds could be a little bit more comfortable but all around would stay at this house again!

What a beautiful setting for a vacation. Serene and close to other sites and parks. I would love to return. Only suggestion for improvement is to have a bench by the front door to accommodate shoe removal. One in the master bedroom would help as well.

Beautiful views! The check in and support was great, but be warned about a few things: 1) no air conditioning / fan for heat spells 2) the beds are not comfortable 3) there is no water dispenser or ice machine so you definitely have to go into town in order to get basic necessities like water. The views are unparalleled though and would return.

We had such a nice stay at this house. The view is amazing, I could feel myself relax as soon as I stepped into the house and could see the ocean. The kitchen is big and outfitted nicely, it had everything we needed. We tried some of the local restaurants - The Schooner and Nevor Shellfish Farm and they were both excellent. Oceanside beach is so close and a nice place for a long walk. We will definitely be back!

Because it's a busy place that takes dogs, it was a risk for me, since I am allergic to fleas. And, sure enough, I got flea bites.
I recommend strongly that the company:
-do not rent for 2 days in a row
-flea bomb all 3 floors
-repeat every few months
That was disappointing but people do not all have their dogs on flea medicine.
Because it's a busy place that takes dogs, it was a risk for me, since I am allergic to fleas. And, sure enough, I got flea bites.
I recommend strongly that the company:
-do not rent for 2 days in a row
-flea bomb all 3 floors
-repeat every few months
