With 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, and over 3,000 square feet of living space, this stunning retreat can easily accommodate up to 10 guests.
From the moment you step inside, you'll be transported to a world of relaxation and serenity, with a game room, living room, kitchen, and dining area perfect for entertaining and spending quality time with loved ones. And with its prime location in the Tatum Highlands neighborhood, you'll have easy access to all the attractions and activities Phoenix and Scottsdale has to offer.
Close to Desert Ridge Shopping Center, Scottsdale Quarter, Many Great restaurants and perfect location for Barrett Jackson or The Waste Management Open.
Living Room: This large room offers contemporary furnishings including a sectional couch, accent chairs, 60” Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-operational). This area offers plentiful natural light and high ceilings, as well as access to the backyard.
Game Room: This fun game room offers a Smart TV, plenty of arcade games and a high-top game table with seating.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight with stainless appliances including double ovens, lots of counterspace, island with a prep sink and bar seating for two, and a walk-in pantry. There's also a convenient built-in desk.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for six guests.
Formal Dining Room: Large table with seating for eight.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (upper level)— King size bed, 50” Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and gorgeous hardwood flooring; the private Ensuite bathroom has double vanities, and a large walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) – Queen size bed
Bedroom 3 (upper level) — King size bed, 42” Smart TV
Bedroom 4 (upper level) — Two twin beds
Bedroom 5 (main level) — Queen size bed, 42” Smart TV
Upper-level bathroom offers double sinks, and a tub shower combo and the main level bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The private backyard offers outdoor dining area, propane BBQ grill and a putting green. Enjoy a dip in the lovely saltwater pool with a lovely water feature.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. During unpredictably cold weather, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.

Everything was wonderful. The kids and my husband loved the games in the front room. The house was spacious and handled our large family well. We will stay here again for sure.

Our family had a wonderful spring break week getaway! The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing, yet close to almost everything we wanted to do. The house itself is beautiful, with stylish decor and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.The kids especially loved the extras like the arcade games, putting green, and pool, which kept them entertained for hours. We did run into a few issues with the pool area at first. The pool had not been vacuumed and needed cleaning upon our arrival. After a quick call, a pool technician came out, cleaned the pool, and showed us how to activate the great waterfall feature so we could enjoy it whenever we wanted. While the vacuum unfortunately did not continue working the rest of the week, the pool itself was in good shape after the service.We also had an issue with the pool furniture, but Matt, the repair technician, responded promptly and came out to assess everything. He went above and beyond by returning later that same day with new lounge chairs and umbrellas so we could enjoy some much-needed shade. With temperatures ranging from 95 to 107 all week, that made a huge difference.We can’t say enough about how responsive and helpful Matt was, his quick resolution really stood out. On top of that, the owner made a personal visit and brought Crumbl cookies to make sure everything was going well, which was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. We would stay again in the future.

Gorgeous backdrop to house. Very convenient for a hiking launch point. Quick access to local trials and you skip all of Phoenix if going north. Spacious, kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again or book for family.

This house was perfect for our family getaway in Arizona! Plenty of space and the games were fun! Our only complaint was that the pool wasn't heated enough when we got there. We still enjoyed hanging out by the pool.
