Stay with us and enjoy our outdoor living space in a modern, spacious, newly-constructed vacation rental in Glenwood Springs. Our backyard private patio is perfect for barbequing, and complete with a fire table and patio heater. Spacious great room with fireplace, cozy rec room with games and widescreen TV, laundry room, and a heated 2 car garage. For remote work, we provide a desk with 450+ WiFi. Newly added, we have two e-bikes available exclusively to our guests for rent. The garage space includes convenient storage for your outdoor gear and can accommodate electric vehicle charging! Driveway has plenty of room for toy haulers or camper trailers too. Centrally located in the Roaring Fork Valley, less than an hour from exclusive ski destinations of Aspen, Snowmass, Beaver Creek and Vail! Only 20 minutes from our local ski area Sunlight Mountain. Minutes from Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, Iron Mountain Hot Springs, rafting, tennis courts, dozens of hiking and biking trails, fishing, outfitters, bars, restaurants and more! Nestled in a family friendly neighborhood just west of downtown Glenwood Springs, this property offers a true local Glenwood Springs experience. This house looks better in person than online! Plenty of room for 5 adults! The kitchen/dining room/family room is much more spacious than it looks. Great mobie room in basement along with the queen bedroom, a full bath and a separate laundry room. Same level as kitchen also has a bedroom eith 2 twin beds and a master with full bath.5 TVs in total. Full size garage snd a nicely furnished back patio (which we didn't use since it is winter). We made good use of the gas fireplace, kitchen and monopoly game. Quiet location and very close to downtown GS, glenwood caverns adventure park, both hot springs and Yampah caves. About 30 minutes to Sunlight Mtn to ski. Mary was a very responsive hostess and gave some great local tips. Loved everything about this rental and would definitely book again if we are in the area and have a large group! Thanks for everything Mary!

Upgraded/newly remodeled home. Beds comfy, house clean, kitchen stocked with new appliances. Short drive to downtown Glenwood. TV's in every room was a bonus. Overall, perfect stay for our family of 5

We were able to spend Thanksgiving weekend at this wonderful property and found it to be ideal in every imaginable way. When you stay, a recommendation would be to take a walk on the main road up the hill (I forgot the names of the roads), which wraps up the mountain. Well worth it!

I had the opportunity to stay here on a recent trip to the Glenwood Springs area. This comfortable, spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-story layout was perfect for my four friends and me. The property is in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, yet it is close to everything. With less than a minute’s drive to I-70 and only a five-minute drive to the restaurant and downtown scene, anything is possible. Everyone in our group traveled separately, and I was concerned that parking would be an issue. That was not the case here. We comfortably parked a full-size Chevy truck and four Toyota Tacoma trucks without an issue. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We even extended our trip without an issue. Do yourself a favor, stop searching, and book this place. You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful Glenwood home. We rented this house to be near my sister in law who lives just a few blocks away. It was a family vacay for her 40th bday. The house had everything we could of imagined for my 1 year old daughter which saved me so much trouble when packing. They had a great highchair, a pack and play WITH mattress, a baby monitor and a few baby gates. The kitchen was equipped with literally everything you could imagine, spices, instapot, crockpot, you name it they had it. Very rare in a rental but so helpful!!! We had the perfect stay, we will be back!

The 5 of us girlfriends had a great week in Glenwood Springs, and this home added greatly to our experience ! It’s clean, spacious, quiet, well provisioned, and comfortable both inside and out. We would definitely rent again !

Such a great house with plenty of room. Our kids loved the downstairs movie room! While not walking distance to town it’s still close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

This rental property is perfect. The layout of the house is exactly what are 2 families needed. Plenty of room to spread out but also plenty of trim to gather for game night and cooking meals together in the the well stocked kitchen. We loved all the Colorado themed decorations throughout the house. All of the attention to detail made us feel like we were truly on a Colorado vacation! Mary and Steve went above and beyond during our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly and with so much care. My husband wanted to know where to look for elk in the area and Steve and Mary were quick to help him find a huge herd!! We can’t say enough about this wonderful property and it’s owners. They take pride in this space and it shows! Everything was perfection!! Thanks for making our stay a memorable one for both of families!!

Wonderful time spending a long weekend in Glenwood with childhood friends. The house was great and fit our needs perfectly (having a bathroom for each bedroom was an extremely nice perk). Beautiful views and hiking near the Maroon Bells, local fishing at Ruedi Reservoir and Harvey Gap, relaxing soaking in the hot springs, and great dining downtown. Definitely looking forward to the next trip!

Stayed here for our daughters wedding that took place off of Coffee Pot Rd on the side of the mountain. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations! Property is just as pictures show. Great location with easy access to everything Glenwood Springs has to offer. Accommodated us,the bride & future in-law perfectly. Minor issue w/ac unit that was handled promptly by owner. Appreciated advice given by owner for locations in and around area. Would definitely recommend this place for a stress free stay in the area.

We traveled from Florida to Glenwood Springs to visit our oldest son who was working at the Vaudeville Revue! We chose this property on a whim and couldn’t have been more happy with it. The place was immaculate and so well stocked with everything we could need. The furnishings were so tasteful and made us feel so comfortable. The lay out of the home was perfect for our family and we spent many evenings enjoying the home rather than out and about. Mary was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We couldn’t say enough good things about this home. We hope to return someday.

This house is new and amazing!! The location is quiet and close to everything. We loved the layout, functionality and decor throughout! The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of seating at a the bar, table or outside. Having 3 bathrooms, a laundry room and tvs in every bedroom was a big bonus for our family! We loved visiting Glenwood Springs! It is such a cute little town with unique places to see but our favorite part was having somewhere to come back to each day to hang out and relax! The owners were easy to work with and have put a lot of thought into every detail. We would highly recommend staying here!!

This home is absolutely beautiful. My girlfriends and I could not stop commenting on how nicely it is furnished and decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! We were able to enjoy the outdoor space and the backyard felt private even with neighbors close by. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. I am a contractor by trade so I could really appreciate the quality of the finishes, tile choices, flooring, cabinetry, trim work, paint colors, it was all so well done.
The only thing I was missing from my room (the twin) was a full length mirror.
And the only other "problem" that we had was we ran out of toilet paper.
This is my first VRBO stay and I have to say I think you guys have set the bar pretty high!
We cant wait to stay here again.

The place was perfect for a big family - kids took over the downstairs Rec room and twin bedroom and adults got the king and queen rooms. kitchen had everything we needed and the grill is better than one one we have at home! We biked downtown and to Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Great mini vacation, would have stayed longer if we had time!

very close to grocery/target plaza with lots of good options, and very close to downtown shops and a doc holiday short hike, as well as the hot springs!
amenities:
wifi, AC, towels, soaps, hangers, kitchen tools, GAMES GAMES and so many TVs!! they property had it all - we worked remotely during out stay and the wifi was excellent! Loved playing scrabble and chinese checkers. They had lots of books and a closet full of games and a full washer/dryer as well.
The back patio had a bbq and umbrella tables... great spot to sit and have coffee and hang out. The front patio also had chairs and small table to enjoy the view of the mountains.
kitchen:
we easily cooked breakfast and fridge was large and clean - soo many utensils plates bowls and a washer for dishes.... all worked perfect! love the island kitchen to sit and work remote and eat meals.
overall:
we loved the property and amenities, would recommend to others and gladly return to this spot!

We really enjoyed this place for our family of five. Three bedrooms at this price is hard to find. Our oldest teen enjoyed his own room. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and grilling.
We used this house as a basecamp for our adventures. We spent a day at the hot springs, a day rock climbing in Rifle, and two days hiking Mount Sopris.
Thank you Mary for any easy late night check in! We will be staying here again when we are back in the area.

This beautiful property lived up to the photos. The location is fantastic! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Hosts were were super friendly and responsive. We wouldn’t change a thing and would gladly stay again. Thank you!!

Beautiful home with great location! Check in was seamless and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed along with great recommendations for things to do around the area/restaurants to go to. If you’re traveling to Glenwood Springs this house is a MUST. We will definitely be back!
