This unique home has it all: Spectacular mountain views, a glittering pool, fantastic skiing nearby, and complimentary hot breakfast, beer, wine, and hors d'oeuvres during ski season! Welcome to Deer Valley, the heart of Utah and home to the most fantastic snow on earth. There's something for everyone in this beautiful city, from the incredible shopping to the local eateries. Horseback ride and hike in the summer while skiing it up in the winter; the ski lifts are steps away. In your downtime, swim in the pool on-site or relax your muscles in the private hot tub. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a feeling of welcome throughout the space. The stylish furniture and rustic decor are fit for royalty, while the area is flooded with natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Make yourself at home in the living room, where you can curl up with a good book by the fireplace or stream a movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar and all the cupboard room you'll ever need, with an elegant formal dining table nearby. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, which boasts an incredible 180-degree view, a dedicated workspace, a TV for private viewing, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Make memories that'll last a lifetime when you stay here in Park City! RESORT AMENITIES -Pool -Fitness area -Ski-in/out THINGS TO KNOW Ski-in/ski-out availability is contingent on the amount of snowfall. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Property is super convenient to Snow Park Lodge where we always rent our equipment. Amazing to ski down to the lift in the morning and then ski back at the end of the day to the condo. Great condo. Clean, comfortable, and large.
