Extra perks include high-speed WiFi, streaming capabilities on the TV, and a private washer and dryer. This perfect home-away-from-home is waiting to welcome you, so book your stay today! THINGS TO KNOW Streaming is available with guests' own accounts. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Security camera details: 1 in Driveway; 1 on front of the house Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. My family (including my wife and three kids) had a really good time staying at this place for a month. It's in a great spot, with plenty of restaurants and a grocery store just a short walk away. You should definitely check out Giana Bakery and Provisions - it's not far and totally worth it for coffee and pastries. The backyard and garage bonus room were nice extras. There is parking on-site. Just know that parking in the driveway is a bit tight, and street parking can fill up fast, so be warned. The beds were really comfy but we’d have preferred a comforter over the duvet as the duvet got a bit annoying. The only other nitpicks are the rug in the living room sheds a lot (please get rid of that rug) and the smoke alarms can be a bit too sensitive when you're cooking unless you open the windows and turn on the fan. These are easily addressed and shouldn’t deter you from booking this awesome home. All in all, we had a great time during our month there. We'd definitely book this place again.
