Perfect location directly across from the beach.
Room that we initially were assigned was extremely small and stuffy. Staff listened to my concerns and offered to change our room.
The fridges didn’t work in both rooms and spoiled fruit from previous stay was left. Otherwise everything was great.
Not sure why parking isn’t factored into price. The best western next door doesn’t charge for parking. With all the construction on PCH management should take that into consideration.

The room was huge and right across from it was the ocean. We got a room with a balcony and it was so beautiful, we could just walk right out to the balcony and have a full view of the ocean.
I loved everything about the room. It wad a short stay just one day and I would of loved to stay at least 2 to 3 days.

View and location were great. Underground parking super.

We like that it was across from the water and not too far from things in town to do
Well, I’m gonna be realistic. It’s old. I think they’ve tried to update the insides as best they can but anytime there’s anything across from the water you’re gonna have issues so it’s an OK property but for the price I’d look elsewhere. We paid over $300 and it was an OK stay something was wrong with the elevator that would take us to the area we needed to go to, and so we had to walk upstairs and lug our luggage and I had a elderly mother with me so that was an issue, but not that big of a deal we made it work.
