About this apartment rental
Our location does not get much better than this! Park Place is located a short walk to Main Street Breck with countless Eateries, and Shops and is just down the hill from the Snowflake Ski Lift and 4 O'Clock run.
This special home away from home offers you an awesome place where you can hang with 5 of your favorite people!
The Living room feels spacious with vaulted ceilings, a gas-stone fireplace, and plenty of room to gather on an inviting sectional couch to relax on and cozy up by the fire, read a book, or watch on your personal favorite streaming apps on the flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to create a light meal or a family feast. Gather for meals around the dining table or grab a snack at the island dining area while talking to the chef.
There are two bedrooms to escape to for a good night's sleep or some alone time to read or nap. Both bedrooms have Ensuite Bathrooms. The Master bath has a steam shower to relax those muscles after a hard day of play. The Double Queen bathroom has a tub/shower combo. A great addition is a full-size washer/dryer to get your outdoor play clothes clean and ready for the next outdoor adventure.
Relax on the balcony and take in a bluebird or star-lit sky.
There is a secure ski closet across from the front door for easy access.
Parking - 2 cars - first come, first serve).
Soak in the on-site hot tub after a great day of play.
And you have another option to walk a short distance to the Upper Village pool with several more hot tub options and best of all an outdoor heated pool.
Please note: The pool and hot tubs are closed during off seasons (typically mid-April up to Memorial weekend and again typically after Labor Day through the slopes opening) for maintenance. Please reach out to us if you want to confirm if they are open or not before booking during those times.
There are more things to do in the area than your vacation time will permit (so plan your first stay now and then come back and stay with us for more!)! Just to name a few, Ice skating, Horseback Riding, Snow Shoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Golfing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Downhill Skiing, White Water Rafting and so much more!

We had a lovely stay here and would recommend this condo. My husband and I travelled with our adult daughter so it was nice to spread out with the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms after a long road trip. Very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Turned on the gas fireplace every morning, as we visited in May and the mornings were brisk, loved it. The full kitchen had everything we needed. The communication with our host was great. I don't think I've had a VRBO host respond as quickly or as nicely as our host did. Great location to the town and as a base to explore the area. Besides the cute shops and walking the town, we also visited the Troll sculpture, Isak Heartstone, which was down a lovely path near the ice rink.As far as visiting at the end of May, the only downside is we didn't realize that a lot of restaurants closed early or opened limited days. Also, all and the summer activities were not opening until Father's Day (as the visitor center lady informed us). The upside is we took a few day trips to Vail and Aspen, saw the Continental Divide and discovered how beautiful the mountains were on Rt70 between Frisco and Glenwood Springs. We might not have taken the trip to Aspen if all the summer activites were open, so we made the most of our time and left feeling like we had a great trip. Another plus to visiting this time of year is it was perfect walking weather, the trees are beautiful with all shades of spring green, and the crowds were down everywhere we visited.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was so nice and cozy. Location was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect condo for four people. There is plenty of space for everyone to hang out and even cook all together. The location is perfect and easy to get to downtown. The property management was easy to communicate with and they immediately dealt with a problem with the lock on the front door.

The condo was furnished thoughtfully and was very well maintained. The pantry was stocked with basic groceries, making it easy for us to cook our meals. The kitchen had many appliances, which was a bonus. We stayed for two nights and were a group of 6, including a child and grandparents (65). We had a pleasant stay overall. The beds and couch were comfortable and exactly what we needed after a day of outdoor activities. The only negative we can say is the lack of elevators for the whole condo complex, not just this unit. Carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs was strenuous.
