The number one reason to rent at 82 breakers is the location. Top floor so there’s no noise from anybody above you, the balcony is shaded all day long so you can enjoy the sound and the site of the beach. From the front door just standing on the beach is less than three minutes and that includes the elevator ride from the eighth floor down to the first floor.The condo is very clean, the furnishings are stylish and comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything as described, the washer dryer unit was an excellent bonus so we could go home with clean clothes.The location in Orange Beach, is just excellent as well with world class, restaurants, and local places to eat all within a 5 to 10 minute drive at most.Publix, Walmart, the best donut shop around, are all across the street.The beaches are pristine, white sand, and blue and turquoise water, we woke up four of the seven mornings and could see dolphins in the ocean from the balcony as we ate our breakfast before going down to the beach for the day.The Parking is right next to the elevator and I can tell you that we will be coming back again.We live in North Carolina and drive to our beach vacation, we’ve been to San Marcos Island, Destin, Saint Augustine, and this is the beach that we will come back to again.Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, no complaints at all. Just a perfect place to stay if you’re coming to Orange Beach, in Alabama.

We loved this condo. It was super clean. Great decor. Didn’t look like a high-trafficked condo. Super easy check-in, quiet, right on the beach, right next to grocery stores & restaurants. Great balcony views. Perfect 4-day weekend for us in April 2026. We would definitely stay again.

The front door looks like it’s rotting, hot water heater needs flushed, shower is master bath standing water very slow to drain, need tall toilets, furniture is very uncomfortable
