Check in was quick and the woman at reception was very helpful, polite and professional. Room was amazing. Balcony doors were so good we couldn’t hear any noises from outside. Love that the beach chairs are included. Great location, lovely staff we will 100% be back.

First impression was terrible. Valet staff were rude and very in accommodating for a family with a child in a wheelchair. Offered no help and just demanded we not park to unload. The hotel does not offer a self park, so you HAVE to go through valet (@ $40 per night). Front desk staff were more interested in their personal call as I stood there waiting to check in. Elevator to north building was a constant pain. Card entry only, but it wouldn’t read cards and the doors would just open and close for minutes at a time. During our check out day, cleaning staff came more than an hour before check out time to try to clean room. And if you need a luggage rack, you have to have a bellman bring it to your room - with his hand out for a tip of course. The rooftop bar and pool area was nice. Friendly wait staff up there and food was delicious. Room was spacious - set up like a one bedroom apartment. I wouldn’t consider this property ever again. Be ready for attitude from staff if you choose to stay here. And don’t think about this if you have a wheelchair user. Half the elevators to parts of the building have been out of order for a while (coffee shop, gym, FRONT DESK). You half to walk a full block and back to get to coffee shop to use a manual ramp.

Very good location, front desk and management was very poor, room wasn’t ready at 4 and that’s a pretty late check in.
Room was clean, you pay $40 a day valet which wasn’t mentioned untill arriving. Roof top pool closes at 8, seems early. Would not go back, overall I would say 5 or 6 out of 10.

The majority of staff were friendly and professional. We tried phoning the front desk several times during our stay and no one bothered to answer. Management needs to hire more staff. Disappointed that there was no actual dining at the hotel...only roof top bar...sad. Housekeeping, overall keep our room clean but did not check the soap dispensers in the shower....and again when we tried phoning the front desk to ask for the soap dispensers to be re-filled...did not answer the phone. Not enough elevators and always had to wait. The overnight parking was overpriced although the car jockeys were nice and friendly. We could not charge our drinks at the roof top bar to our room which was annoying and inconvenient. We were looking to book an additional night (Sat) but the hotel wanted $700 for the night...outrageous..overall the hotel was fine but won't go back.

Great location near the boardwalk! Lots of great places to eat and close to the beach with chair rental included but umbrellas are available for extra cost. We rode their bikes along the boardwalk for the free hour which was a perfect amount of time to see further than we'd walk.
The staff was very helpful and we had great service with a smile!
Our bed was quite soft and comfortable
except it was starting to wear a bit. The edge was breaking down, so it felt like I was going to fall out sometimes. It wasnt the most restful stay for me combined with the sounds of the hvac system turning on and off since it sounded like someone at the door each time. But, my husband slept through it.
The pool and roof deck are both impressive! I was pleasantly surprised at how expansive the area was and the beautiful views from there too. I'd highly recommend going early to get a lounger or go later in the afternoon. We found plenty of seating after a day at the beach around 3-4pm. We also lucked out and enjoyed their happy hour selections for an appetizer before getting ready for dinner.
You do have to schedule housekeeping 24 hours in advance. But, we only needed extra hand towels and washcloths which were promptly delivered to our room.
My only observation with the cleaning that was subpar would be the elevator mats. We were in the south building off the main lobby and the mats always had spills and looked dirty all the time.

This hotel seemed very clean and the rooms were in general nice. I booked a 2 room with 2 king beds and did not got a semi 2 room with a king and a queen. The hotel was unwilling to rectify the situation in any way and the manager was quite abrasive. She did call me back quickly from a training she was attending, I can only hope it was focused on providing better customer service. There is a key detail you should know about the 2 room configuration that is not spelled out, one is a normal room and one is basically a nook off the kitchen with only a curtain and no privacy. This is not indicated on their website. We also found bed bugs in one of the beds and took to the office in a plastic bag. we were further inconvenienced while they brought someone in to inspect and then re-change the bedding. Luckily they did not find a big issue in our room as the hotel was fully booked and the only option would have been to move the three of us to a room with a single room/bed??? It is clear that there are bed bugs in this hotel. Do a search on-line and this issue is immediately evident, however; the unprofessional management refuses to acknowledge this even when handed a bed pug that we collected from one of the beds. The location is great but if you have an issue, don't expect a satisfactory resolution from the hotel staff. I really wanted to like this hotel but was disappointed.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the cleaning staff did the dishes and clean the bathroom and re-organize, my toothbrush, etc. they were excellent. Also, the gym was very clean.

Everything was fine, but I double-checked you booking site, and there is no mention of a $55/day resort fee. I travel extensively, and that is the most outrageous fee I've ever encountered. Especially for a 20-hour stay. That's a lot of money for 30-minutes in the gym and 2 beach towels.

The hotel facility is really nice. great rooms, great pool area. The staff in reception/valet etc are not great but thankfully you don't have to deal much with them. The location is excellent right near beach and bars etc. I rated 5* for the property 3* front of house staff

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The location was super convenient, the staff was super friendly, the rooms were spacious and nicely upgraded and the upstairs bar / pool / terrace area was amazing. We didn’t have a rental car throughout our stay and we’re able to Uber to many places from our hotel for a small fee since the resort was pretty centrally placed around the Ft Lauderdale area. You are close to the Seminole Hardrock Casino, Aventura Mall, and Las Olas Blvd. We had a king ocean view suite and the room / view did not disappoint one but. I feel like my only complaint was I wish we had asked for stay over service one of the nights but it wasn’t a big deal. I would 100 percent stay here again. Do yourself and favor and book the trip here!

Our flight got canceled because of weather so we lost a day and the hotel is non refundable which was a bummer. The flight home also got delayed and we could not keep our room for an extra few hours but they granted me access to the hotel locked my bags up and gave us a room key to use all the amenities Lay is her name and she was beyond nice to us and helpful. We are already booked to come back at the end of 2024. Would recommend and loved it.

At check-in was offered an "up-grade" from King BR to Queen BR ? Was told it was a "better view". Since room wasn't available (slightly earlier than the 4pm check-in). We opted to wait for King BR after 4pm. The room had NO View either Inter-coastal or Ocean views- even though I had reserved at booking our stay. Rooms are spacious; but stale. No decor in rooms and our BR didn't have lamp shades over either bed stand light fixtures. Beach service/chairs aren't available before 9:00am. Beach towels aren't available before 8am (late opening, had to special request from front desk. Front desk personnel was less than pleasant and English was not spoken very well. 4:30 check-in was obviously a "busy time" for lobby and only one person was at counter checking guests in on Jan. 12.
Wouldn't recommend this Resort.

STAY AWAY!!! Unprofessional service. Go somewhere else. Booked room $600 for a night a month in advance. Wanted to change date 3 weeks before date. Customer service said no changes or refunds “it’s iron clad” I wanted to speak with manager. Service agent said only able to contact a manager by email. Gave me wrong email address it bounced back. Tried to email hotel direct through email listed on website. No response. Expedia tried to help with no resolution. Sad to see this kind of service or lack there of.

The room was very spacious and clean. It is the best location by the ocean and the water way. Amenities were great. We didn't have enough towels and wash clothes and getting some was a set back (having to wait until morning). I have been to a few other hotels where you call the front desk to check out and leave the keys in the room. We did this for Costa and the front desk was upset at our doing it this way.

Rooftop area was pretty, the hot tub was really dirty, enough that we did not use it. Balcony view was a building.

Great stay. Location is amazing. The room was great. We stayed 6 nights just wish they would automatically clean the room for that amount of days we stayed instead of having to request it. But over all great stay!! Staff was great! Big tip!!!! No need for a rental car if your not a traveling around FL.

Sorry to say but we were disappointed. Not aware that even though staying there, that you had to pay for Valet parking $42,00 a day no self parking. They apparently don’t really like people booking thru an app like Hotels.com and to “look” for a comparable room. The room itself was OK except only one chair so for two of us one had to sit in the bed the whole time. As for the TV we couldn’t get it to work and when we called the front desk we were advised that they couldn’t help us as “it was set to the owner’s preference “. So die to the weather we couldn’t do a lot outside like spend time on the boardwalk like we wanted so we stayed in the room more than usual needless to say wasn’t that comfortable. Also there we two of us and only one washcloth was provided we had to call about that as well. The valets were great just not very satisfied with the treatment at getting checked in.

The hotel was great with nice rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The rooftop pool and bar area were beautiful and the stay included chase lounges on the beach. Front desk staff were average, but all other staff exceptional. It did seem a bit nickel-dimish. A family we were friends with was charged a late check-in fee of $65 and valet was $40/night.

Our key card did not work for
us to access the elevator from the time we checked in up until we checked out but I was charged resort fee which I was not made aware upon booking. When I asked why , I was told by the staff that is on the fine prints. Also, it cost me extra for the suite with the water view but was given a room without it . As I was checking in the staff did let because we're 5 minutes early . I will definitely not coming back nor recommending this hotel to any family or friends. Very disappointing.
