This is a 2,900 sq foot home, with multiple areas for groups to spread out and relax. From the open living area with a wood burning fireplace to the large kitchen, cozy loft, game room, and private office. Bedrooms include a bunk room, two main level / easy access rooms, and extra sleeping in the game room. Kids love the bunks! We hope to host your group! The home sleeps up to 8 adults max (and a few children under 7 years old), making it a great destination home for small company retreats / golf outings, multi family groups, and friends. Street parking isn't allowed, per the local ordenance. * Guests are responsible for the home and any damage or theft will result in charges to security deposit and/or credit card. * There is a piece of plastic over the kitchen sink bay window. The glass itself isn't broken but some of the bay window framing / trim was damaged from the snow and needs to be repaired in the spring. The plastic is out of the way and in place to keep any cooler breeze from any gaps in the trim from the home. We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES. Guests agree to comply with Truckee and Tahoe Donner Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction. Use sanitizer where available as extra measure. Be mindful of guidance for physical distancing and use of face coverings when in public. * Symptomatic / Positive Test: If you are knowingly / suspected to be infected with COVID-19 please contact us right away. Extra measures will be taken in such cases. * Increased Surface Cleaning and Disinfecting: Surfaces and highly touched items are cleaned and dis-infected * Vacuum cleaner w/ HEPA filter: we have supplemented vacuum inventory with additional HEPA filter vacuums and staff are instructed to use these. * Linens and Trash: Sheets and towels are professionally laundered every-time, and trash is hauled off site promptly. * Staff Policy: Staff are instructed to wear PPE and face coverings while operating in homes, as appropriate , and are not to work if exhibiting symptoms. * Comforters: A fresh comforter casing system every booking.
