Nestled in Arroyo Grande, this lovely house for $869 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Southern Charms meet Coastal Comforts at this private and secluded home retreat near the historic Village of Arroyo Grande. From the moment you see the home you'll know you are in for an amazing stay. Perched on the side of a hill overlooking ancient ocean oak trees you can soak in the fresh air through the two sets of French doors in the formal living room. This room is sure to amaze and impress with plush furniture and a modern, luxe style straight from the pages of Architectural Digest. Just across the entry foyer from the formal living room is a built-in, two person desk home office with a printer in case you need to hop on a Zoom call, you're on a working vacation, or you would like to print your airline boarding passes when it's time to go home. As you enter the main living area you'll find yourself in the middle of a huge room, to the right you'll have the drop-dead gorgeous, well-stocked chef's kitchen with breakfast bar on the island, in front of you is the huge dining table with picture window looking out to the deck and the ocean oaks beyond, and off to the left is the family room with large flat screen TV, fireplace, and large sectional sofa. The deck is a few steps down from the dining room and has a large outdoor sofa, dining table, umbrella, gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue, propane outdoor heater, and sand wash area which is also accessible through the side gate from the front yard. Downstairs from the main living area you'll find the bonus room with the flexible sleeping accommodations (queen bed and 2 twin roll-always) and one of the full bathrooms, this one has a tub/shower combo. Great spot to put older kids or teens, or utilize as another pseudo primary bedroom suite, this room does not have a clothes' closet. The 2-car parking garage with wine fridge is also located on this level. Going upstairs from the main living level we have all 4 bedrooms, each with its own unique theme and décor. Will you stay in the Versailles Room with plush pink headboard and mirrored furniture? Maybe instead you will indulge yourself in the spa-like serenity of the primary bedroom suite with jetted soaking tub and walk-in shower. No matter which room you wind up resting your head in, you're going to love the luxurious, top-quality linens. Also on this level, in the hall, is the 3rd full bath and the laundry room with large, front-loading washer and dryer. *This Property Does NOT Have Air Conditioning* This property has external security cameras (such as a Ring). Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My large family rented this home for our annual family reunion for 8 days. We absolutely loved the location & accommodations. It suited our needs perfectly. It is within walking distance to the downtown area, affectionately known as the Village of Arroyo Grande. Additionally, it is not far by car to the different neighboring coastal towns. We will definitely be back again~

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our group. Very clean and wonderful towels and amenities. The only issue was that the Ring doorbell constantly chimed so we unplugged it. Great outside area for gathering also.

We stayed here for a 4 nights with family including 6 adults and 6 kids. The house exactly as described in the listing and is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. The pantry and kitchen were very week stocked with good quality cookware and supplies beyond my expectations. The only issue we found was with the heating in the lowest level - if we increased the heat, the 2nd level got too warm. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend the place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In town for a family wedding and could not have stayed at a more ideal location. Lovely home. Contacted management on arrival to fix guest shower and that didn't happen. Wasn't a deal breaker but hope it's been resolved.
