Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful about finding things to do and how to get into and out of Venice efficiently from the nearby train station. Clarissa was particularly helpful with her insights on where to eat and what to see in Venice itself. Room was large. Hotel is small any quiet and out of the way. You will need a car to stay here since nothing is within walking distance.

The hotel is located off a dirt road in a small little village. There is a great restaurant on site and the hotel itself is linked to the restaurant. You can tell the rooms have been remodeled recently and are very spacious and modern with very comfortable beds. It is a very quiet area which we enjoyed after being in Venice. The train station (which has free parking) is about 7 minutes away by car. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
