Excellent stay! Central location 3 minute walk from the marina. Zenite exceeded all of my expectations starting with the airport pick up which I forgot about and an hour later when I was still at the airport I got a phone call saying that the driver was still waiting for me. The front desk staff went above and beyond when I was looking for a storage for my luggage for a week, they let me leave it there for free!

The room was so clean and well equipped. Transfers from Airport to hotel at midnight and from hotel to the airport (back and forth) were all on time on a modern and clean van, with a driver who was very kind and helpful. These was service provided by the hotel with a fair separate price from the accommodation rate. The front desk staff was always very attentive as they were available to clarify and assist with any question, request, or doubt before arrival, during and after our stay there. For the breakfast that was included on the hotel rate, we did like it, but we certainly expected a traditional Azores breakfast with local products. I will recommend that hotel to my family and friends and absolutely repeat the experience again. Thanks a lot
