This place is just amazing. It’s so cozy and welcoming. Gretchen and Keith are wonderful and just the sweetest couple. We can’t wait to come back for another adventure and hang out with Dulce again. Breakfast was to die for. I wish I’d had room to eat it all.

What a beautiful house! The owners, Keith and Gretchen were so welcoming, as was their little dog Dolce. We loved how casual it was, the yummy breakfast (thank you, Keith) and the overall experience. Located in Cornish, Maine, it is walking distance to two restaurants (check out Krista's), and is just a few minutes from Hiram fair grounds. There is also a 9-hole disc golf course in Cornish, also walking distance from the house. It is located in someone's backyard, but was fun! The decks at the house have lots of chairs for relaxing, we really loved the rocking chairs! We totally recommend the Perkins house!
