The room was very clean and what I expected with an ocean view, well laid out, once we got the hang where to go, the tram was the main trans portion for the 1st few days until we got the lay of the property. All the employees are very friendly as well as other customers that we talked to. The dolphin area was awesome as well as the pools and we also got to see sea turtles. We took the shuttles to the shopping centers at least once a day, the drivers where very friendly also. My last day we got picked up from the room taken to the front lobby where we front desk employees called and had a Taxi driver waiting to take us to the airport. I enjoyed every bit of my stay.
