First time to the big island and found this hotel online and was impressed by the pool area. It was one of the best pools I’ve visited at a hotel. The location is about 25 minutes from the airport and the building unit we stayed in was quite a ways away however nothing to complain about. If I come back to the island I would definitely stay here again. Great staff and very clean.

The staff is super nice and accommodating. Amber is our favorite. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa holt course view, our suite was updated and nice. I would definitely vacation here again.

Nice and clean property. Nearby there is marketplace. Room checkin was late. When I checked with Guest service when room will be ready, she mentioned don’t know and was not courteous. I asked her hour later and she mentioned she forgot to send message to me and was not even sorry about it. Overall, poor customer service.

Great property and pool. Room was clean and very nice. Only complaint would be that we arrived a bit before check-in time. They said they would send us a text when it was ready and they confirmed our number with an initial text. We never got a text saying our room was ready. My husband texted them a little after check-in time and no one ever texted back. So he then went to the front desk to inquire about it. The front desk lady said she wasn’t sure why we didn’t get a text and that the room had been ready for a while. Also, I thought the check-in time (4 pm) and check out (10 am) times to be egregious.

NO AIR CONDITIONING, blood stain on pull out mattress, pee stain on master bedroom mattress with mattress covers falling apart. Carpet was visibly dirty and buckled in the master bedroom, mold stains in both showers. The view from our balcony was of the parking lot and Main street into the property. And located right above the garbage dumpsters. Pool is so heavily chlorinated. You could not take more than 25 minutes without your eyeballs becoming beat red. The staff were friendly however, they explained to us we could not be moved due to the fact that all of the rooms with nice views were reserved for their timeshare owners. We left the property.

Convenient location, beautiful views and amazing pools. Having access to the Hilton resort was great. Walking trails nearby were amazing. The only disappointment was cleanliness of our unit. We had to clean the floors ourselves upon arrival, and our fridge had a terrible smell and it took the management four days to find baking soda and eventually replace the fridge.

The service was really poor. We booked a room for 3 guests but had to prepare the bad for the 3rd person. Very strange for a hotel and especially in this price range. The entrance and elevator in Building 22 were really dirty and it was smelling bad.

This is a very nice hotel . The staff are helpful, but the hotel needs to work on there cleaning. Elevator was not clean . The floor was very tans they need to clean the bathroom better. There is mold in the shower and on the side if the shower had caked on dust .

We really enjoyed the property (it's stunning) and the amenities. Being able to hop on the trolley and head over to all the other pools really gave us the variety during our vacation. Unfortunately, the property and staff could use some improvement. Upon getting our room, we found what looked like fecal matter in the pull-out bed. When we asked guest services, they came up and told us it was a dropping from cockroaches. We changed the sheets and because it was late, decided to go to bed and call for a cleaning the next day. Sadly, the cleaning was awful:they didn't sweep/mop, wipe the mirrors or counter, and didn't stock the toilet paper. We called them back a second day, and were then notified that we would only get 2 cleanings so that was it. I spent each day cleaning the room, myself. Anytime I passed a staff member, they were complaining about having to clean. Aside from the staff and lack of cleanliness, the location was great. Always sunny and close to Hapuna beach (beautiful!)

Best way to stay at Waikoloa is at Kings Land. You have the space you need in the large condo-type rooms and you can access the Hilton Waikoloa Village resort amenities for free! We had a 2 bedroom suite, and it was more than enough space for our family of four. Our kids preferred the pool at Kings Land over the large resort, mainly due to the mutliple water slides and shallow area. A few things I did note about our stay, but these were very insignificant... - The HDMI connections to the TVs were located on the back of the tv, making them unavailable to be plugged into. I brought the hookup for the kids' video games and we were unable to get it connected to the tv wit their setup. - The waterslides opened late most days at 11am vs posted 10am, due to staffing. Everyday there was kids in line waiting for the slides to open, and on the first day ours were disappointed to wait.

We had a wonderful experience of two weeks at the resort. It is beautiful and the rooms are quite comfortable. The management team was very responsive and we appreciated all their efforts. We also did several activities which were quite enjoyable.

Wow the grounds are not kept out up at all. So much garbage. Literally nothing in our room worked. We didn’t get the room we booked then when we checked in it had a bad odor because the freezer was left open. The toilet didn’t flush. We didn’t have ice the whole trip. Toaster was broken. Sink drain was stuck Washer and dryer was a pain … They were repaving so there is no parking. Sooo bummed we were given a good deal to stay again so we jumped but now wish we could get out of it

As a family with young kids, we appreciate the amenities in the suites from full kitchens, separate bedrooms, and in unit washer dryer. Means we have to pack less and have options on dining and staying in.

Beautiful property and pools. Enjoyed the adult pool area. Loved the tiki torches and fire pit in the evenings. Our unit was comfortable and clean. Used the free shuttle several times for grocery runs. Staff was extremely friendly and engaging. Would highly recommend a stay at this location and would definitely stay again. Was kind of hard to leave actually.

It is great option to long stay vacations. The rooms have kitchen, wash machine and fridge. As well plates, glasses etc. Excellent to save money and get long vacations. There is super market with all the groceries that you will need. The only concern is some tourist attractions are some far from here you must have car.

Our expectations were blown away. The suite was gorgeous, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and more. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Waikoloa area. Pickup some snokelling gear and check out the black sand beach at the neighboring property. It was a highlight of our trip.
