Unmatched for size of the lagoon that connects to the ocean so many fish and probably at least 6 turtles that tou regularly see in the daytime swimming Several waterslides and man made pools and a pool with sand. Dolphin show was incredible (on 3 days a week)
Staff dont supply cutlery or plates or bowls. Only paper cups. No flexibility with early check in before 4pm so had to relax by the pool/lagoon for lunch. Restaurants get booked out or are super expensive. We went to island gourmet markets for food each day down the road 30min walk away. Ocean tower is a 10-15 min walk from the lobby or a tram ride within the property. Luau was too expensive for us to attend

The trees, great views and the artwork was amazing!
There seemed to be one way to and from ocean tower. Could have been helpful for guests to have access to center activity’s with out the long walk. And the VIP president of sales was incredibly rude.

Breakfast was delicious and plenty. The service was good and the service providers were happy to see us as well.
We didn't have any problems. We were there during the Lala Hurricane didn't like that.
