Big suits, nice pools for kids. Check-in process can be faster. I think the software part is slow. Shower had an empty hair conditioner bottle. Breakfast buffet is average, typical corporate food.

The pools and waterside were fantastic

The resort was extremely well kempt by the yard caretakers. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. When we had questions they were glad to help. When some kid had an accident in the pool, staff was quick to remove the people and make sure everything was clean and ready before everybody returned. We appreciated the level of effort everyone put into their job.

Everything here is great. Kid love the pools, the rooms have everything, location is prime, people are nice.
