We were impressed with the helpful staff and the cheerful decor. Lots of little extras that made our stay very memorable. It is a good location close to the train station, and Time Square.

Great location, bed and comforter is really comfortable, room is small and floor is not very clean. Also kind of annoying that air conditioner is next to your bed can some time feel the cold air at night.

This hotel is a GEM! Max and Kayla at checkin were so friendly and helpful. The amenities were top notch. Super comfy bed, big, thirsty towels. Excellent location just blocks from Madison Square Garden. Endless food choices within a block. We’ll definitely stay there again!
