Overall the home was nice. But the decor is very outdated, could you some upgrades. Also the house was extremely dusty, myself and my daughter have allergies we were sneezing and had itchy eyes the entire time. All of the extra linens need to be tossed. Sheets,towels and washcloths are worn, discolored and very dingy looking. We had to go to Walmart to buy our own.

We absolutely loved the home!!!

Loved the house! It was more than enough space to accommodate my family of 4. Check in was fast & easy. The private pool was the main attraction for my kids, that was the whole reason I decided to rent a house versus hotel, better not to share pools at this time. I utilized the kitchen fully! We barely ate out the week we were there, I did lots of cooking in this big spacious kitchen. I loved everything about the house, it was very clean & had a pleasant smell.

Overall the house was in good condition. But be sure to bring your own toilet paper, dish washing liquid, salt & pepper.

Great location but the television in the rooms are a little to small for viewing but other than that very quiet private accommodation

The house was not clean. There was a moldy smell, linen unclean, and bugs in bedrooms and bathrooms. The rental company manager was very rude. Came in on the day of check out and threw items away in fridge as I was packing my truck. Also did not let me retrieve all of my items from the house and said they were never there. I am still processing dispute. I am not sure if it is because my family if African-American but we were treated with disgust.

Great house with all amenities. Close to shopping and a short drive to all the oarks in Orlando.

Villa was very well located and very clean, however the furnishings around the pool area was insufficient with one sun lounger only provided. Also the table and chairs were old and needed replacing which let the overall appearance and quality of the pool area down.

Property was nice , but a lot of snakes around the property

We were very disappointed that the property we were given, was not the one we were told we would be in. The pictures posted online did not represent the property at all. Be aware when booking that what you see pictured will most likely not be what you get. The house would be very nice with some updating and a major carpet cleaning. When we arrived the pool was green and unusable. An email to the management property was responded to quickly and we were able to use the pool on our second day. When we went to go to bed the first night, after a very long day of travel, I was in for a shock. The sheets had never been changed from the previous occupants! There were black hairs and stains on the top and bottom sheets. Luckily I found a new set of sheets in the closet. I again contacted the managment company. The next day they picked up the dirty sheets and spot cleaned the filthy bedroom carpet . The management company was very accommodating, I just wish they were more forthcoming with their advertising and inspections of their properties.

Our trip was amazing. The property was well kept and clean. The service was quick and responsive. I was so please I want to stay there next year.

I coyldnt have asked for more. The space was clean and we felt right at home. "Check in" was a breeze and we were thrilled to have our own private pool. I couldn't believe how much received for the price (less expensive than a hotel).
