The property is in a great location just 6 miles from Disney. It is in a secured gated estate, although we never felt unsafe anywhere in Orlando.
We flew into Melbourne Airport and despite being over an hour and a half drive away, it was a single road (192) until the last few hundred yards and toll free, which made it easy to get to.
We were a little concerned before we arrived about how close the highway was regarding noise, but this was not an issue at all.
The property suited our needs perfectly for four adults and two children (although there was sleeping available for an additional two children). It had all of the facilities you would need for an extended stay. The kids (as well as the adults) loved the pool, and the BBQ was brilliant.
We did have a minor issue while we were there, but this was resolved hastily by Robert (thank you).
There is an English pub at the entrance of the estate, and this was great, as well as being close to Walmart, Aldi and eating facilities.
Overall, I don’t think we could have chosen a better location.

It was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed. It was also had easy access to local amenities and the theme parks.
Cannot think of anything.

The location was great for our family. It was very convenient for us with the grocery stores, and restaurants nearby! The community/resort was very nice and inviting and had a lovely family and community atmosphere/environment. The care and maintenance of the community was outstanding!
We enjoyed every aspect of our villa and community. We will definitely return if possible.

Fantastic host, incredibly responsive. I had some questions before and upon arrival and Robert responded very quickly. We also had a couple of minor issues which were resolved pretty much immediately.
Lovely house, great pool, nice location. Super comfy beds, plenty of towels etc.
The only slight thing was that it was a bit of a trek to Universal, especially as there are roadworks along the I4 at the minute which added extra time to the journey, however it is in an excellent location for Disney so that made up for it.
