Clean and comfortable room with wonderful, friendly staff.
Poor breakfast selection with the same food every day—too many sweets and carbs and almost no protein options.

The man at the front desk with short greyish hair and glasses was so friendly and gave us helpful information about the city!

Staff was extremely friendly, kept our room tidy daily. Yet possibly had bed bugs and bed was not comfortable at all. Yet for the price was good, pretty close to the train station so if you are mainly using Rome as your main hub great location. Area may look sketchy but not unsafe
