bathroom door was stuck so i couldn’t close it.

Our bedroom was clean and had a comfortable vibe. It was close to the train station and to the Coliseum.
The air conditioning didn't work. Even though it was announced that the room had it. When we complained about it, the staff didn't offer any kind of compensation. Bedroom sheets were poor quality.
