Stay was very comfortable and clean, nice view of the harbour. only complaint was no body to help with bags. I had just had surgery and would have really loved a hand with luggage being unable to lift at the moment.

Everything was great. We were on the first floor very close to the lobby and pool area, I was worried it would be loud. But it wasn’t! We didn’t hear a thing - no traffic noise, no noise from guests. The staff is very helpful. If you need any info about San Diego ask for Petra, she is fantastic!

Great Property.... New hotel with nice pool and fitness center. Breakfast was good and had many options for hot & cold offerings.
Mattress, Linens & Pillows were great. Slept well both nights.!
Airport is nearby, a little noisy until 10:30PM and first jets take off at 6:30AM... Extra pillow for head cover was perfect:-)

We left too early for airport shuttle - arranged for a taxi which was waiting for us when we checked out. Taxi driver said we could have walked Terminal 2 - wish we were told that when we checked in!

Shower head lots of pressure not suitable for small children and tv remotes very challenging to figure out very few Chanel’s as well. We have to ask night before for next day housekeeping.

Excellent hotel and staff. Honestly it was a perfect hotel in a wonderful location. My only complaint is that of the two rooms we stayed in, the shower pressure was too powerful and the shower curtain couldn’t contain the amount of spray produced. We love showers with great pressure too, most don’t have enough, but these just had way too much. We felt like we were getting sprayed by a fire hose. Fix this serious problem, luckily we were middle aged and could handle it. Get shower heads where you can adjust the pressure, spray pattern, or somehow reduce the water volume.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast, not bad, not great. Nice back patio area with a fire table. It's perfect if you're just using the hotel for sleeping and spending your day and evenings out.

This was an overnight stay between flights. Shuttle to the hotel was convenient and timely! Room was very comfortable. We ordered dinner from Little Italy and were very pleased with the delivery and food. Morning breakfast was also very nice and the shuttle back to the airport was on time and driver was friendly.

The hotel was perfectly situated near the water and close to the airport. The staff was over the top helpful and even arranged an airport shuttle in the morning for me. I will be returning here when I visit San Diego.
