The room was very pretty and the hotel was super nice. The only bad thing that happened is that the AC was not working in most rooms and all of the ice machines were not working. The hotel staff was very friendly and it’s understandable that there wasn’t much they could do to fix the situation.

A diamond in the rough! The immediate surrounding area wasn't impressive but the hotel more than made up for it. The staff was SUPER helpful and the hotel design was something out of a magazine! My only concern was the obvious wear & tare on the shower fixtures. And the misleading advertisement of a "self-serve" breakfast.
