Super friendly staff, easy check-in, adorable aesthetic, room was perfect size, good-sized bathroom, comfy bed, excellent location!
Little bit noisy because of Rosecrans, but it didn’t bother me.

The entire staff were genuine, helpful and easy going. Each member we met were consistent and always ensured we were taken care of from check in to check out.
Swimming pool was not heated and did not appear to be a salt water pool as advertised. Pool was also slightly dirty with fallen debris.

The location is perfect. The bed was very comfortable
The restaurant is closed in Sunday and Monday. There is nothing provided to make coffee in your room and the the downstairs coffee is not available until 7am.

Toiletries, smart tv, good AC unit, roomy enough, lighting
Absentee attendant at the reception. We waited too long for someone to came and check us in. The phone number given was not a working number at the desk.
Dirty bed sheets with stains.
No elevators.
No shuttle offered for the price we paid per night. My overall rating for the pearl hotel is 2.5 stars
