The castle is very unique experience (and authentic) and Robbie is a real character (in the best way possible)! Breakfast was excellent with a range of options. The room and bed was very comfy. You absolutely feel like you are going back in time. Would stay again.
Also the walk down to the beach is worth the wee 2 minute walk as there are some amazing rounded beach pebbles to collect.

Absolutely loved this quirky castle. The owners was so friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about the castles history and did a personal tour which I loved. His love for the property showed so much in this tour. Breakfast was delicious and left nothing to ask for. Would stay here again. No complaints.

Robbie is a genuine castle owner who shared his home with just us .. its a lived-in home .. it has the basics , no fancy mod cons but...dates back to 1380, breakfast was the best we had touring Scotland , he absolutely nailed it with such a large choice just for me and my girl 👍 the Tour was very interesting also....meters to walk down to the beach....hes eccentric , the place is said to be haunted, but we loved the Quirky place .. we will definitely be back .. .. the period wallpaper is matching the original .. loved it !! Robbies castle and our stay was awesome !!!
