Extremely nice, helpful people. Bus stop very near for transport into Luzern. Comfortable room and bathroom.
Only tiny complaint was that at breakfast the jam, butter, even milk came in small plastic containers.

Good parking, easy drive to Luzern and good location
Church bells as mentioned in other reviews in the morning are loud but I liked it as it added to the atmosphere

Basic and a little old fashioned, but charming room in this cheerful popular hotel/restaurant. A beautiful cycle ride gave us access to explore Lucerne. On return we were welcomed into the lively restaurant for an excellent meal.

Bus stop at door, and train 5minutes walk.
Check in was terrible. Staff member did not say hello or smile, very abrupt. Asked, what time are you leaving ! Checkout, bit weird, restaurant was closed, gave key to a guy who half opened door.
Church bells, and more church bells!! Very loud.
My stay closer to town was much more pleasant and welcoming.
