The hosts are incredible and the stay includes a ticket that lets you use public transport for free for the duration of your stay. Great breakfast and just goodhearted kind people. Would go again in a heartbeat. My girlfriend had her birthday this week and the wonderful host made her a little plum cake and had happy birthday napkins and decorations on the table at breakfast!

This property is essentially right next to the lake. It is a beautiful setting, yet not a far drive from the larger towns and bigger city of Lugano. This was easily one of our favorite stays in our long European vacation. The bike rentals and SUP boards were an amazing value add. They are fantastic quality and easy to rent and use. The room is large and comfortable by European standards. The breakfast is next level. This was the friendliest service and support we received the whole trip. You cannot beat this value. I contemplated staying on Lake Lugano or Como. I made the right decision staying here.
I should have budgeted to stay longer here. There is plenty to do. As far as the property itself, there is no dedicated onsite parking, but parking is free just up the road. It is not a big deal to walk it - and it's worth it to not have much vehicle traffic right next to the B&B. If you're even a bit able bodied, the parking should not dissuade you from staying here. No complaints at all about the place.

The owners treated us very well. The hotel is located near the lake. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed.
It was difficult to find parking. We received a parking pass from the hotel that gave us the option to park almost anywhere in the city.
