The location was terrific, directly opposite Tokyo station and easy access (whilst wheeling luggage) to the Shinkansen. The room was incredibly clean, with quality amenities including the beautiful pyjamas - which I ended up buying a pair of because they were so comfortable and looked luxurious. The staff were very friendly and always helpful and the hotel was walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Staff were fabulous, location amazing
Our room had a single bed squashed against a wall in the set up, Very strange and difficult to get in and out. Bathroom cramped on the vanity and hard to put your own items out. Smoking smell wafted into our aircon even tho we had a no smoking room??? Staff were the best part of this stay, they were wonderful
