It was exceptionally clean with everything we needed for our stay
There was only a small wooden boarding separating this flat and the house attached. Also the parking was really awful, loading on the driveway was permitted but that was all then it was a case of trying to find somewhere which with the hours we needed access was very challenging, the parking was the main reason for our stay as we needed access at all times due to our son being in hospital nearby .

It was easy to let ourselves in through the private entrance by putting the code in the lockbox. The host was friendly and quick to reply. The property was immaculate and clean. There was plenty of room for 2/3 and it was comfortable. There were separate rooms, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The hall entrance downstairs kept shoes and coats contained. I would have preferred a softer mattress but it was king size and warm and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. The living room had a comfortable sofa and a smart tv to connect to. You can open the windows for fresh air and turn on the aircon if you get too hot. Really lovely stay for us. It is an extension above a family home so we did hear the family downstairs, however it did not impact our sleep or disturb us at all. Parking is free on the cul-de-sac so that's a bonus. You can catch the bus to the train station easily, we found it easier to park in edgware and get on the tube. Nice quiet neighbourhood with big shops nearby. Bonus is, it is not in the Ulez zone so you can drive here park and save on congestion charge by using public transport.
Nothing to dislike, especially after our week in a terrible airbnb in edgware, this was total luxury.

Biggest bonus is the house was well equipped and tastefully furnished for rental purposes.
No major issues.
The parking was a little awkward as its not allocated on the drive, but a little down the street (10-15m) and restricted with space.
