Location, two minutes from Elstree and Borehamwood station, on the main high street. We were able to walk everywhere.
The lift wasn’t working. We had been travelling and arrived with two large suitcases, fortunate the apartment was on the first floor! No indication if it was a temporary breakdown and waiting for technician or a long term situation.

Spacious. Good facilities and bathroom. Good location. Host responded quickly to queries,
Comfortable beds.
Thermostat heating controls didn’t work so first night was far too hot until problem was resolved.
One bedside light not working.
Hallway light on very short time switch when trying to input door code.
