Das Internet im Hotel funktionierte leider nur auf der Terrasse. Als Vorschlag an das Hotel: wenn die Auswahl auf der Karte für das Abendessen etwas größer wäre, würden bestimmt mehr Gäste im Hotel zu Abend essen.

Die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit des Personal. Das Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis war hervorragend.
In den unteren Zimmern ist der WLAN-Empfang nur eingeschränkt vorhanden.

Nuestra experiencia no fue buena, ya que al irnos a acostar encontramos varias chinches en la cama de nuestra habitación. Al comunicarlo en recepción, inicialmente se nos planteó únicamente el cambio de sábanas, aunque finalmente, al no disponer de otra habitación, nos buscaron otro alojamiento para esa misma noche.
Esto supuso tener que abandonar el hotel de madrugada, recoger y revisar nuestras pertenencias y desplazarnos a otro alojamiento alrededor de las 3-4 de la mañana, con el consiguiente cambio de planes y poco descanso.
Dicho esto, queremos destacar que el trato del personal fue cordial y que finalmente el alojamiento gestionó correctamente la situación y realizó el reembolso íntegro de nuestra estancia.
Según nos indicaron, también iban a tomar las medidas sanitarias correspondientes para revisar y tratar la habitación.
Esperamos que haya sido un problema puntual y que se hayan tomado las medidas necesarias, pero creemos que es importante dejar constancia de lo ocurrido para futuros huéspedes.
