The apartment is located in a very quiet and residential area, surrounded by greenery and only 100 m from the beach. Located in the ground floor, is available to a large garden with a covered yard garden furniture and barbecue and secured covered parking. The apartment is ideal for individual guests and families. It has a spacious bedroom with double bed and a TV-set and the second bedroom with two single beds, a new and fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom equipped with washing machine, a dining room and spacious hallway. An ideal place for vacation.

This property was a few minutes walk from the bus stop, very spacious, and comfortable. Easy check in and out and also a short ride to the city center. Would stay here again!

The host was wonderful! He told us about the area where to get groceries! The garden was so nice he told us to help ourselves to the Meyer lemons in th yard! Really close to a beautiful beach! Easy to get everywhere by bus. Thank you Davib for everything ! Our stay was very enjoyable.

The apartment was nice and as described. It is away from town but very close to the beach. It is an easy walk to old town. We felt very safe and comfortable. We love Split! Thank you for letting us stay here. We will be back!

We loved the proximity to the beach and the backyard was a nice little treat, although would love to see it cleaned a bit better (for example someone's discarded contact lens was on the nightstand..)
Overall good and what you'd expect at that price.
