Spacious room, great shower, lovely breakfast.
Nothing to dislike. The lift is very small and slow considering there are 13 floors but it was a minor inconvenience

Close to the beach, big clean rooms, good breakfast, nice staff.
Only one small elevator is a major disadvantage of the place, the state of the tub was not the best.

EXCEPTIONALLY good breakfast with a city view terrace, professional staff, comfy bed, nice location. Overall, great value for the money, much better than most places we’ve stayed in Batumi.
The cleanliness could’ve been better (when we checked in the toilet wasn’t exactly clean). The elevators were always busy, so we had to spend a lot of time coming from our 8th floor.

The location was great. The room was big with large beds.
Our room was cleaned properly the second day or cleaned at all the day after. We had to ask for toilet paper.
