De uitzichten, het hotel zelf en het eten en drinken is in een woord fantastisch. Erg goede wijnen en het eten met grote zorg bereid!
Zwembaden gingen om 19:30 dicht. Als we van een lange hike wandeling kwamen was of ging het verwarmde zwembad dicht. Zo kan je niet optimaal genieten van de faciliteiten.

Ok, the elephant in the room is the lack of air conditioning!! I would normally filter for this, but I didn’t this time as a friend recommended this hotel to me. I genuinely didn’t know a hotel could be 5 stars without A/C.
You cannot just leave the windows open, there are mosquitoes!!. If the hotel wants to save on electricity, they should at least have mosquito nets on each bed. We both struggled to get a good night’s sleep, which is a real shame considering how much the hotel is.
The other silly aspect is the lack of an ironing board. They could simply have a room with a single ironing board available, but instead they don’t provide one and want to charge for each item individually. So everyone pays for an experience with dinner included, only to be sitting there with creased clothes.
I’d certainly stay there again, but only in the winter.

Bellissima Struttura .. premetto che da anni vado in Sud Tirolo , due volte l'anno .. a Natale e una settimana in estate .. conosco molto bene tutti i pregi e la gentilezza, la bellezza del Sud Tirolo e delle Dolomiti.
Quest'anno per la prima volta ho voluto cambiare posto per concedermi questo Resort 5 stelle .. ma devo dire che mi ha molto deluso.. posto eccezionale ma con varie lacune che un 5 stelle non dovrebbe avere .. NON LO CONSIGLIO !!!
Ho prenotato due stanze , una Matrimoniale Delux vista montagne, per Me e una Matrimoniale Superior per le mie figlie, per una spesa di circa 1.500 Euro al giorno .. quando sono arrivato mi hanno dato una camera davanti la piscina, vista vasca .. ho chiesto di cambiare stanza ed il tipo della reception, in modo molto scocciato mi ha dato una camera al piano superiore chiedendo però una differenza di prezzo .. ma dai .. ho detto ok !! .. abbiamo avuto problemi a pranzo .. ci hanno proposto il menu fisso a buffet , ma ho preferito mangiare alla carta , per sentirmi piu libero , anche se piu costoso.. a pranzo abbiamo detto che avevamo un appuntamento alle 14,00 e che volevamo mangiare rapidamente (erano le 13.00) .. ci hanno messo 20 minuti per prendere l'ordine e poi alle ore 13.45 mi hanno detto che non riuscivano a farci mangiare per le 14.00 e che se volevamo potevamo sospendere il pranzo .. sono andato in direzione ad esporre il problema accaduto .. ma nei giorni seguenti non ho avuto nessun gesto di scuse .. il nulla .. questo non è da 5 stelle !! Ho provato piu volte a chiedere di fare dei massaggi nelle bellissima spa del resort , ma avevano poco personale e erano sempre pieni .. tutto completo , avrei dovuto prenotare il massaggio prima di venire .. ma dai .. come si fa ad avere una spa bellissima e cosi poco personale .. Insomma ho speso i miei soldi per andare in un posto bellissimo, ma sicuramente non gestito con gli Standard del Sud Tirolo. NON LO CONSIGLIO
