息子の夏休みの思い出づくりというイメージで利用させていただきましたが、素敵な場所で部屋も広々と快適さもあり、とっても良かったです。少し早く到着して待ってたら、当初のチェックイン時間より早く受付していただき、助かりました。
特にありませんでした。
強いて言えば、カウンターの方にやや声かけづらい印象を受けたぐらいですが、いざ声かけると親切に対応していただけました。

Due to missing my train (my fault) and heavy snow fall the next day (no train connection) I was not able to reach the hotel. They automatically contacted me to tell me that they would refund my second night. That was sooo nice.
