Room was very small. Floor was dirty. bed had no headboard and only one night stand. I booked queen bed but was given full bed. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Very dirty floors. Shampoo and conditioner weren't new or even full and they were minis. Just overall not a great experience. Receptionists were friendly though.

The bed was very lumpy. Could not sleep. The staff never brought us more towels. The pool is not open hasn’t been for a very long time. Coffee in room was horrible. But I did go back and forth to lobby to get hot water in my own cup to make my own instant coffee or tea bags from them. Using some of my own sugar and some of theirs if they had any. The chair in our room was broke, the closet in our room was broke, the curtain was missing a hook. No microwave and a very small refrigerator. Tub had no stopper. Might be an ok place one night. Just sleep and go. But not for extended stay.

The room my first night was terrible! The bed was hard and lumpy, toilet seat was old and coating chipped showing wood, the sink looked like it’d fall off the wall. I changed rooms for the second night and that was decent. The hotel is partially renovated but they didn’t bother to completely finish redoing each room.

Absolutely basic room, no decor at all, beige walls and mini-toilet. Beds were comfortable, 4 pillows. Clearly old/aging space but clean. No carpet in rooms (vinyl planks). No standing lights, just overhead florescents over bed. No headboards, box springs with mattress. Literally everything is screwed into the frame of the room. What the heck is with the crazy fire detectors?

The front door staff was really odd and not informative. When it was time to check out at 11 am we had someone knocking on our door at 11:02am wondering g if we were going to be checking out!? My daughter went downstairs in the evening and was questioned with what room she was in and what she was doing! I have never stayed at any hotel with the ODD behaviors of front desk employees! The bathrooms were not nice and rooms and beds were about a 3 out of a 10!!

The bed was a little uncomfortable for me. Made my back stiff but my son said it was the most comfortable bed ever so 4 stars on bed The shower was amazing it helped loosen up my back so definitely 5 stars The sausage gravy was amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had 5 stars Finally the staff was extremely helpful 5 stars

I was very dissatisfied with the bed and there was not even a chair in the room to sit on other than the desk chair. The toilet in the bathroom was very low and the toilet paper was hard to reach. The tub bottom looked dirty. We were very disappointed with the room

Pool was closed for repairs. Gym consisted of a 100 year old stepper and a few weights. Looked like a trash dump. Mold growing inside of shower knob. No water pressure in shower.

Our room was not cleaned when we left for the day so the garbage from the previous evening stayed in our room. Even when we placed the trash outside our door it was not picked up. The TV in the room was extremely small and did not fit the size of the room we had. The bathroom toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall and hanging. Overall, it fit our need fora short stay, it was quiet, and the parking was right outside of our room which made it nice on a rainy day. It was not the greatest experience, but not the worst either.

When we got there we were sent to the wrong room where this man came to the door naked the when we got the right room we were constantly being locked out there was no pool and breakfast was served in the most disgusting way possible it was just put in bowls with no covering and the girls who were restocking kept sitting it down and doing something else they whole hotel was misleading.

The stay was brief . The room was a little small. One queen bed and very little room left to move around. If you are going to stay for a night or 2 it will work good! the room was clean and served its purpose .The front desk was helpful and pleasant. Thank you !

We used this hotel last year and had no issues. The hotel room seemed clean enough but there was a cockroach in the bathroom this past weekend.

The pool was not open and had not been for months, even though it was advertised online and showed pictures. There was what looked to be a blood spot on the top sheet of the bed. There were gnats in the bathroom. There was mold in the faucet in the tub. There were waterspots on the tub. There was something sticky on the bathroom counter. And there was hair on the bed. I was completely disgusted and was thrown into a panic attack over this.
