The room had a stench, floors in bathroom were dirty as well as the toilet.

The arrival was a bit sketchy, lots of men hanging out in front of the lobby doors. I presumed they were smokers as we walked through a plume of smoke. It was at this time I also noticed several trucks in the lot, I guess this is a common truckers hotel. The room okay, nothing alarming, clean enough. For a quick over night stay and last minute booking it served its purpose.

Very clean. Excellent service. Girl at desk had our keys ready for a speedy check in. Then when sho over heard us talking about being on separate floors she got us a different room.

Not good. Try to check at 1:30pm and was told 3pm at the earliest. There were 8 cars in the parking lot. The lady at the front desk went outside to smoke. This morning the person doing breakfast and two people by the desk all went outside to socialize instead of working.

Do not take room 217. It had a moldy smell and I started having an allergic reaction to it. The box spring on the bed was not covered, the walls were dirty, toilet seat was not completely cleaned. I explained mold issue to the front desk and they moved me to a different room. I think the flooring and walls need to be pulled to find the source of the mold in room 217. Overall, I would say this is a 3 star hotel. If you prefer 4 star and up, this is not for you.

No tv at all even tho our room was suppose to having working tv. Refrigerator/ freezer was leaking all over floor so also did not have that either like stated and paid for. Pool not at 80° like advertised more like 68° and dirty for an indoor pool. Elevator has been over due for its inspections scince Dec 2023. Wouldnt honor early check in request and first woman i delt with at check in before actual check in was a real piece of work with a real unnecessary attitude.

The elevator and hall to our room smelled like weed. In our room the floor was sticky. There were no rages or soap to hand wash dishes or even soap for the dishwasher. The fridge door stuck. The AC and Heat vent was covered in mold. We made sure not to use it at all. The curtains were falling down. The room was big and roomy but the space was not used properly, and no pictures on the walls. The walls were just bland. The bathroom light was very dull, and the lotion dispenser had clearly fallen off the wall and never patched so a hole in the wall. We checked out early and left.

Overall the stay was good. I didn't have any issues with cleanliness. I did have an issue with checking in. When I arrived to check in the front desk receptionist TOLD me that because the reservation was in my name and I had a local ID I was required to put down a $100 cash deposit as well as a CC on file even though I had paid for my stay in full over a month in advance. Due to not being told anything about this before hand I had to leave the hotel and go to a store nearby to get cash because I don't just walk around with cash on hand. Then when I returned with the cash deposit and began signing the paperwork to check in, I noticed that the reservation didn't have my name on it, but one of my family members name, when I asked the receptionist about it, she then back tracked and said the reservation actually wasn't in my name but was indeed in theirs and because they were from out of town and didn't have a local ID, we didn't need to put down any cash deposit. Due to this we ended up wasting an hour between trying to check in the first time, having to go get cash, and coming back only to be discover we didn't need the cash deposit. It was extremely inconvenient as I am 8 months pregnant and had to do unnecessary traveling. Then when we got to the room, although everything looked to be in order, the phone wasn't working. When we told the receptionist they said someone would be up to look at it and no one was ever sent.

Went in before check in and asked if we could check in early and was told no. No big deal, asked if we could use the pool prior to check in and was also told no, you must be checked in to use it. The room was okay. When we checked in later in the evening the front desk clerk was fantastic and very polite.

The hotel in itself seemed nice. The rooms not so much. We got in our room and it was filthy. Food on the floor, something gross on the mirror. Bed had pubic hairs in it. Instead of coming to clean the room they moved us to a room that was better but still filthy floor and the hide-a-bed was disgusting. Then made us come get our own linens. Went down to get something to drink and a snack. Drinks were not cold as the concierge said it had broke a few days ago. Wasn't happy with the stay.

I have stayed here many times and this place is hoing downhill. My first room was filthy and they moved me to a new room. No one checks if they are actually clean. The mirrors were disgusting. I took some pics.

I love this hotel every time I stay in Bloomington I stay here. Room was nice bathroom needs some paint touches up but this is by far one of my favorite hotels. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the game room was closed

Ipaid for my room online, so the added $100 upfront "Cash Only" deposit upon arrival for townies was definitely unexpected, and the King size beds being on the 1st floor blew me since Icould hear the people above walking around the entire time. Not totally bad, but to say the less Iwont be coming back.

The room was nicely setup but dirty. the sheets on the beed look like someone had been sitting on them. We found a dirty sock under the bed. the celing had water damage spots on it. the "soap dispener" had been ripped off the wal and was laying on the floor of the tub. the hallways seemed like they needed cleaned. the coffee pot looked like it had never been cleaned. The facilities would be great with a DEEP CLEANING

When pulling out the sleeper sofa. There was a lot of mouse feces inside of the couch. When asked for another pillow and Sheets for the sleeper sofa we were told there should be enough in the room and that we could not receive another blanket or pillow. Terrible and rude

Had a kitchenette but no plates, glasses, or utensils. When a hotel shuts down the pool, it should be posted !!! It should also come with a discount. Don’t look under the rim of the toilet, sticky stuff in the fridge, we’ll avoid on our next trip through.

Five people booked in room two towels pool area filthy but kids wanted to swim and for towels no lady at front screaming because she couldn't get towel said they have them all out walked back to room soaked to find no towels here.. No blankets for bed for kids bathroom filthy had to wash tub for kids to get in food unedible dirt all over floor no coffee no cream counters not even cleaned off from last people never recommend brought kids here for they could have Christmas with Dad but what a joke

The hotel was in decent condition but starting to need repair. The staff was very nice but the police came to remove a family. The pool was very foggy and I did not feel safe in the surrounding area.

the woman at the desk was on the phone and never acknowledged us for five minutes. the temperature in the room was 61 degrees and she would not say that was even possible. however an hour and a half latter she did come up and more or less got it up to 72 degrees.

This hotel was a surprise in many was. The room was really clean - no dirty floors here. The bed was comfortable and the layout of the room was great. The hotel itself was a little ‘tired’ but overall a good experience. HOWEVER, check in was a nightmare because of a glitch in Expedia’s system. The hotel had NO reservation for us. Luckily they had room and the woman at the counter was very helpful. She gave me info on calling Expedia but they couldn’t fix it so we just made another reservation on the spot with the hotel. After driving for 12 hours this was not how we wanted to end our day. Breakfast was pretty decent.

The room size was good and the bed was very comfortable. However, we had a room that had old, dirty furniture. Staff was great and we’ll probably stay again in the future. The furniture should be replaced in all the rooms by then.
