Pool out of order for one day of our stay. Pillows are poor quality. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

The hotel was I. A convenient location. My room was a little musty smelling but it was clean. The staff was friendly.

I had a really great experience staying at the Comfort Inn near Polaris this past weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great location for everything we wanted to do in the Polaris area.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how convenient the location was, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities nearby.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again when I’m back in Columbus. Great experience and a good value for the price!
