Our stay was one of the best recent stays we’ve had at the Disneyland Resort. Customer service was amazing. Our room was clean, modern and very spacious. We even had a view of DCA from our room. And it was so quiet unlike some places I have stayed in recent months. Vicinity to park is great. It is just off Katella and really easy to get to the Downtown Disney bag check. Returning to hotel
Is even faster if you exit through The Grand. Highly recommend this budget hotel and will definitely stay here again.

My stay here was not the best this time around the first room I was assigned was nothing like the picture I had booked through hotels.com. On top of it not being the room I originally booked the sofa bed had a very foul odor of urine. Second room assigned was super clean but the sofa bed was broken! I had to throw the mattress on the floor! The sofa beds are uncomfortable and broken this is what the hotel told me. This is what Carlos at the front desk told me. So I had no other option!

Very comfortable stay; walking distance to the convention center and Disneyland. Room was clean; love they had a mini fridge and microwave. Will definitely stay here again for when my children have competitions at the convention center again.

Only a 1 star because of the close walking distance to downtown Disney.
Upon arrival the room had an odd odor, the room was
"tidy" but felt like it could've had a more thorough cleaning.
The beds and pillows were AWFUL, seriously, don't expect to get a good nights rest here. They were uncomfortable and the bed sheets were so rough and scratchy. The walls are paper thin.
When showering, the water was leaking out of every possible part it could. And then the drain didn't work. If you wanted to shower and not bathe, good luck. It was 6 inches of standing water.
We will NOT be returning and I can't recommend this place unfortunately.

Hotel was very convenient. Clean and spacious. 3 minute walk to denny’s restaurant for breakfast. And a 10 min walk to downtown Disney.

What I loved about Eden Rock in Anaheim was the location. It was close to everything. The staff, especially Carlos, was amazing and extremely helpful. You need to give Carlos a raise before he moves on to another hotel!!! Our room was roomy and clean. My only complaint is that our room, while large, was lacking in furniture. A table and chairs would have been nice. There was plenty of room for such a set. There was only one easy chair to sit in, but there was no end table or coffee table next to it to set your food or beverage on. Our room did NOT look like the room pictured on line or in the ads.

the employees are super nice and accommodating. one thing that we didn’t like the most was the noise, especially in the morning. it was a lot of construction or banging going around the hotel, it was hard for us to sleep. also the mirrors are slanted and we found a hair in one of the pillows.

It was okay room was big, there was left over tissue from whoever had the room last in the bed and towels didn’t seem to clean. I paid for earlier timing but my room wasn’t ready but they gave me a different room. The tv is super far away from the beds but other than that it seemed very quite and safe.

Fast check in and checkout at the hotel. We stayed here because it was close to Disneyland. Would likely make this my hotel when traveling to the area.

There was a roach,(they cleaned it up). The shower head was spilling water to the ceiling (it was fixed) the light in the bathroom wasn't working and had to use our phone light to use it.

I got excited when I booked this hotel. I was expecting same experience from Eden roc in Miami. But this hotel did not give us a nice and comfortable experience. First the room that was given to us appears to be a spare room with a moldy smells. We just used all the coffee pods to minimize the smell. The worst part is the sink is clogged and not just that there's dirt coming out from the sink. Every morning when we woke up theres dirt all over the sink and some coming out from the bathroom floor too. The housekeeping is every other day and out trash is over flowing cause their cans are very small there's only one can in the room and one in the bathroom. We have to ask for trash bags to keep our room clean. Otherwise the location is accessible and a quite walk to Disneyland.

My daughter had a volleyball tournament at the convention center , we only stayed one night , very comfortable and next door to convention. Very spacious and clean as well , this is our second stay here.

The rooms were very clean. The room looked to have been recently refreshed. Parking was good and adding a day there was easy.
Rooms were cold and not much for bedding.
There is no breakfast.
Great place for us as we drove in and parked in the morning. Went to Disneyland until midnight! Then checked in slept until 8, got ready and checked out.

Second time staying here absolutely no complaints! Perfect for a 1-2 night stay the drive is 7 minutes from Disney. I believe Brandon helped me each time I had a question he was so nice and helpful ! and checking in went smooth with his help! 11/10

Spacious rooms. Clean. Very low frills - no gym, breakfast, pool, etc. Nothing like that. The purpose is to sleep here and walk to the Disney theme parks during the day - purpose accomplished perfectly, with clean, quiet, and relatively spacious rooms. The only thing wrong with the room was a slow drain. People should be aware that the Disneyland drive side is a longer walk to theme parks security screening / admission, since the route is through Downtown Disney (places on South Harbor Blvd on the other side of the theme parks have an advantage there). I would say the hotel is slightly above average for purpose.

The Eden Roc is in an area that permits a fairly easy walk to downtown Disney. It was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The coffee maker was old, and I believe it needs to be replaced. More towel racks and a storage area in the bathroom would be helpful since the sink is not in the same room, and the coffee maker shares the counter with the sink. It’s a bit cramped. Checkin was easy and staff was friendly. Not a bad experience.

First off the room we got was HUGE. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable & I’m quite picky. We had a room on the second floor with a perfect view of the Disneyland firework show. It was awesome! The only downside was that we didn’t receive clean towels or bedding during our stay (6 days) until we asked the last morning. my other family members rooms got clean sheets and clean towels every other day though so I’m sure it was just a mistake. I would recommend Eden roc, it was a comfortable walk to and from downtown Disney. Easy to park our rental car and just very convenient. The recently updated rooms were very nice. Thanks!

Booked a king size bed for my wife, daughter and myself, which was confirmed. Checked in and they gave us a queen size bed and told us sorry they they’re booked up and can’t do anything for us.

I like this Inn because the staffs were very friendly and the room was clean, the location is good only 11 minutes walking to Downtown Disney.
What I did not expect is from the Inn, the walk will lead to the Disney Entrance which is not too crowded, which saved my family from waiting time in the morning.
The reason I give this Inn only 4 stars instead of 5, because we got only 2 days with Housekeeping and they missed one. We came back at 3PM and the room is not cleaned, we end up skip that service and just ask for new towers.
Other than this, we enjoyed our stays.
and yes we will come back.
