Outlet in bathroom did not work and the hot tub was cold when we tried to use it.

The customer service was incredible, nice clean rooms and a great restaurant downstairs!

There were bugs (probably roaches) the hotel was run down. They snuck in parking fees. So horrible

It's a nice place to stay. This was my second time.

Walls are thin and very loud hearing people next door and through hallways and front lobby as our room was positioned above front entrance. Signs regarding cancer from any food prepared at restaurant made me feel uncomfortable the shower and sinks were not safe for brushing teeth, showering, or making coffee in the room. Charging us for parking each day was pretty upsetting.

Excellent Stay! Room was very nice! Above my expectations! The only downside was that it was $15 per night to park on the property, and we specifically looked for EV charging (this hotel had it available), but the two chargers on the property were blocked up by other guests, so we had to charge elsewhere.

Friendly and clean.

Other then having to pay for parking it was great.

The receptionist was friendly and helped us check in quick with no hassle. The room was clean and almost had a new room smell. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything is perfect

We stayed here overnight after a concert, so we wanted something clean, convenient, and quiet, and the hotel met all of those requirements. Staff were generally attentive, but we had an issue waiting for 13 minutes before a waiter paid attention to us at breakfast. Other than that, it was a positive experience.

Stay was extremely quite. Never heard any noises from other quest the whole 5 days I stayed there for business. Front desk service was 1st glass. I absolutely will stay there again my next business trip to the Bay Area. Was a bit disappointed that they charged $15 a night for parking on there property. Only reason I'll stay there is company pays.

The lady who checked me in at the front desk had the upmost best customer service and she made sure all of our needs were met! She was the absolute best

Nice property but beware of extra parking charges hidden in fine print for total cost. Was assigned a room with distinct smoke smell throughout the room. I was then assigned another room with 1 King instead of 2 Queen beds which was not suitable for my family. Finally I got the room which was clean, quiet and no issue. Breakfast was not included so no experience.

The customer service at the front desk was HORRIBLE. The lady who worked at the front was extremely unfriendly and rude. She didn’t great me and looked unpleasant. She was rude when checking me in asking unnecessary questions. She didn’t even tell me my room number when handing me the keys to the room. I had to ask her and when I did she was annoyed. She shouldn’t be working at the front handing customers. I will not book at this hotel ever again and will share my experience with others. Also the $15.00 parking charge was ridiculous. Never have I booked a hotel room where they charged for parking.

Reserved room for 6 and only 5 had space to rest and sleep, very uncomfortable to sleep 3 persons on a queen bed.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was neat and clean. Love how they supply all DOVE soap and hygiene dispensers. Even though I brought my own but this is the first I have ever seen a hotel that supply DOVES. Love it. Definitely book again.

I was very disappointed that I was not able to check in at said time. There was a huge event going on and I’m disappointed that the property didn’t prepare for the influx of people. Otherwise, the property itself was very nice!

I was unaware of the parking fee, breakfast options were not great. Tried using the jacuzzi and it was either not hot or very hot and the jets only worked for about 10 minutes and then would not come back on. No clean towels available outside, no option to call for assistance, went inside soaking wet and they only had two towels available for four of us! Mattresses were decent.

Rooms are comfortable, quiet and relaxing.

Staff was cold and seemed inconvenienced by my presence. I was running late and called to confirm my reservation. The person on the phone acted like i was dumb for calling. I actually checked out early. But not early enough and still paid for the extra night of an empty room.

Since the moment I checked in to this hotel, I experienced just unfriendliness and dismissive staff. I had reserved 2 nights at the hotel but once the travel dates came I was no longer able to stay the 2nd night anymore and would have to check out after the first night. I told the check in agent this so we could modify my reservation and she said she couldn’t, that I had to contact Hotels.com. So I did, and they directed me to the hotel. I asked the next day a new person at the front desk, they also told me I had to contact Horels.com & didn’t even look up from their screen. I asked another question about breakfast and she then responded with annoyance like I was being a nuisance. I quickly just left without any breakfast because I was getting the hint I wasn’t welcome to interact with anyone at this hotel. The hallways smell like smoke, like people were smoking in the rooms and it permeated the carpets. Our room was fine, but I just can’t get past how irritated the staff was at any point of my interactions with them. I only stayed one night, I still haven’t been refunded for the night I didn’t stay. I’ve never had to pay for not staying at a hotel before. I definitely won’t be staying here again and I’m very disappointed with Hotels for partnering with this location because the people who work here don’t seem like they are happy with their jobs and will make sure you know it by the end of your stay.

Property was quiet but staff only made our beds once during a 4 night stay.

When we first walked in the hotel was friendly. That night we had very rude neighbors, I complained and nothing was done about it. I came back later that evening from my event and told them that I can’t have another night like that, so I asked what they can do. “Guess I can move you to another floor”. I felt they didn’t care about my needs, I had to push to have the people above me spoken to. When checking out the employees were just laughing and talking among themselves and I waited 3-5 minutes. One then spoke to me, “I guess we can help you now”. Overall: unfriendly, rude and not accommodating.

Nice hotel clean but bar didn’t have much selection

The interior is upsacle and beuatiful. I was very impressed with the decor. I would defintely stay here again.

Room was dusty and the window and heater/cooler did not work. Room was spacious.
